Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PhilippinesThe reception is only open from 3pm, so it is not possible to leave the luggage prior to checking in so we can go around the town earlier. The beds were not quite comfortable and the bathroom should be cleaned better.
The location was really near the train station and bus stop. The receptionist was helpful in finding English-friendly guides. There was a promotion of free public transport in the city!

PolandIt was a very nice stay in Decin. Good hostel, good location. I was very satisfied with it. Good choice. Important thing for travelers: there is a project to support tourism in this area running from 1 Nov 2022 till May 2023. Here u can read about it. https://www.ceskesvycarsko.cz/cs/pomahej/bezplatna-doprava When I stayed in Děčín, this hostel didn't take part in the program. Maybe its changed now. Check it out. Anyway it is a nice place to stay ♥️

NetherlandsWiFi does not do anything. However Decin is interesting enough so who needs internet anyway (internet is boring).
Location is very convenient if you need to travel by train the next morning, as it is on walking distance from the railwaystation.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast is a little bit Lidl-like - not adequate for that money so we canceled it. We ran out of a toilet paper and there was no way to get the new one - in the morning the reception was still closed. No TV in the room. The WiFi dropped out significantly.
Clean and quite comfortable room. Kind personnel. They prepare breakfast upon request. Free WiFi. Quite close to the main tourist's sight - Pravčická brána. Free parking close to the hostel.

PolandIt was our second time in this hostel and for sure we'll choose this hostel the next time! :) This is in the center of Decin, 10 min from the bus stops and train station and shops. There is free parking 2/3 mins from the hostel. Very nice receptionist :) a lot of information about Decin and where to go/what you should visit there :D We'd got 2 rooms (for 2 and 3 people), both had a bathroom, towels, chairs, glasses, table, kettle. Near the hostel are 2 greats restaurants - 'Tankovna na Skrivance' and 'U mostu'.

A very short distance to the train station and public transport stops. Several supermarkets and cheap bistros in walking distance.

NetherlandsBathroom is really little and the shower is not good fixed. Rooms could be a little more spacious. There seem to be no common room to meet other travellers, it is more a hotel, not a hostel.
Rooms are comfortable, the staff is nice and speaks also English (and of course Czech), wifi now works really good. Excellent location very close to railway- and busstation (hlavni nadrazi and autobusova nadrazi). Beds are cozy, clean and comfortable.
