Rooms were smaller than on pictures. There was no hot water on Satorday night. There was only one chair in the room ( we were 2). Lift is very small and difficult to use.

I felt the property was better than expected and that’s a good thing!

This is a real cool old property. Nothing fancy. But extremely comfortable. I was totally surprised that the beds were so comfortable and pillow and bedding. I just wanted to have a good nights rest and my travels. The location is walking distance to everywhere. I wanted to go mostly great restaurants. Yoga. And culture.

Although it was clean and the beds were comfortable, the apartment needs some renovation.

Personnel at the reception desk was not available at moment of need. During our stay, a beer tasting survey was organized in one of the conference rooms inside the accommodation resulting in practically free access to anybody from the street to common spaces of the accommodation.

The accommodation is situated in the Brno city center. On the other hand, this means that there is noise coming from the street till early morning (I highly recommend use earplugs). The room was clean, spacious and bright with many windows. These were equipped with heavy curtains allowing dark at night.

The elevator to the fifth floor was super small and it can "elevate" only the group of 2:-) but nothing that would ruin the stay.

The family room is super spatious and even you sleep above the lively square, its calm. The staff is super helpful! Thank you, guys!

The kitchen could be equipped a little bit better with some more wine glasses, pots and pans, better and sharp knives and some shot glasses. The curtain (the glass wall actually) in the shower is terrible.

This hotel is located extremely well, it can't get any better to be completely honest. Cool places around, pubs and restaurants of all sorts, everything is walking distance, Žabka is right across the street.

No breakfast offered despite other comparable locations within blocks provided breakfast for a lower cost. Disappointed the hot water ran out during my shower. The TV was smaller than my computer monitor and hard to see from the bed.

The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The location was excellent - close to everything in the centrum.

the only munis were rather noisy nights - the restaurants downstairs were full and there were quite noisy parties till almost 4 am. It was a holiday, so it might be occasionally.

Absolutely great location in the historical center, 10 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations, great view to the histrical buildings, kostel and square. Perfect reception support, very nice and helpful staff.

Just one little thing, not one wardrobe in such a big room felt a bit strange, but it wasn't too important

Great location, big room with very nice table that I used to work (good WiFi too). Kitchen, toilets and showers were clean and generally available. Price quite good too. I'll be surely back.

In the first morning we were waken up by workers, who had been installing furnitures.
