Excellent location, beautiful building and room.The bed was so comfortable, breakfast amazing.The staff were all fantastic, very helpful and friendly, we had a small issue with some noise from plumbing work next door and the staff were so caring and thoughtful in sorting it out, especially the manager. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

perfect location, very nice room. Staff extremely friendly and kind. They provided a microwave in our room as we requested. Room was very clean, elegant and quite. Breakfact very good but normally I prefer buffet when I am at hotels. If there was a resturant it would have been perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and we'll come back for sure! :)

Excellent and small boutique hotel in the heart of the Nerudova street just few meters from the Mala Strana square. We have a attic room having small windows where you could see old houses' roof and nearby church towers. The room is located at 4th floor, but there is a small lift to get 3rd floor where you access to your room - the room's bathroom is the 3rd floor. The hotel's young staff (both in the reception and in the restaurant) was super friendly and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was served in the hotel's small restaurant. The breakfast was a la carte style so you can select whatever you want from the list, so no "queueing in buffet breakfast" way. And the breakfast meals where extremely good - like eggs benedict, pancakes with berries, French toast, porridge etc. The hotel provides airport transportation with nice luxury cars. Nearby the hotel you can also find good evening restaurants like U Mlynare where we have our dinner two times.

A truly fantastic hotel with the sweetest and friendliest staff. The staff were incredibly helpful with various requests. The surroundings were beautiful and authentic, and the rooms were the size of 4 regular hotel rooms combined. We will definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Prague.

Better in-room coffee options would be good. You can hear people’s footsteps clearly on floor above you. That’s perhaps inevitable with an old building but really stipulating quiet hours and use of slippers provided would avoid being awoken in the wee small hours by neighbours walking from one side of their room to the other.

A true hotel gem in a wonderful city. Everything was superb, from the welcome to the goodbye and all in between. Beautiful old building, perfectly refurbished while preserving the amazing historic ceiling decor. Nice and spacious room. Perfect location close to the castle and other highlights without being noisy or crowded (the street is rather quiet at night). Excellent breakfast. But most of all the staff was simply outstanding, highly professional and accommodating at all times.

A most exceptional hotel… beautifully designed and the suits are very large and comfortable… The breakfasts are fresh and some of the best I have eaten anywhere. The most fantastic aspect of Nerudova however is the staff. Without exception everyone went out of their way to be welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was exceptional. The hotel is in a perfect location … easy to walk to all the sites but in a quiet, safe part of Prague. I would not look further than Hotel Nerudova if I should return to Prague

My flight arrived as early as seven hours before check in but the owners and management welcomed me with such kindness and unmatched hospitality allowing me to check in so early, moreover, offering me a complementary drink. They sent a driver to fetch me from the airport; and he was a most professional gentleman, it was a pleasant experience altogether. The hotel is set in the upscale street of Nerudova, with the embassy of Italy next to it on one side and the embassy of Romania directly opposite the entrance, making it safe and secure location. The Charles bridge is less than five minutes away on foot, and the castle is within reach through the street behind called Thunovska. It is a perfect location within walking distance to all of Prague’s historic sites. I would like to rant about how clean, comfortable and excellent my room was, resembling the sheer elegance and utmost impeccable taste of the owners, but I will encapsulate my satisfaction in a sentence: Nerudova 211 hotel is absolutely a gem worth every penny. It is the little things that make for an impressionable stay with them such as the letter they write to you to thank you personally for staying there, the care kit with a lint roller for your winter coat, the iron or the shoe cleaning products so you can look polished even while on vacation without having to spend on it, that sets them above. So much care and effort has been and is still invested in their running of and service towards their customers at the hotel, it is not hard to see, that distinctly making it an excellent place to stay for anyone who has good taste and is visiting in Prague. That being said, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is wonderful, super clean, warm and beautiful! Everyone at the hotel and cafe, were genuinely polite and welcoming. Our room was amazing and ideal to charge our batteries and continue our journey in this dreamy city. The renovation is incredible and through the details you can really feel the energy of the old times!
