The shower water changed temperatures mid-shower, like if someone in the same floor also runs the water and the temperatures mixed. I haven't had a shower with a constant water temperature.

The breakfast was amazing! The scrambled eggs was the tastiest one I've had in my life! Everything about the breakfast was amazing!

Location is very convenient, just with 10 mins walk you are at the heart of the center. For public transport: it's on the street with tram or just 100 meters to the Florenc metro station which coincides 2 different metro lines. Very fast WiFi, decent breakfast and super comfortable beds & pillows. We would stay here again.

The room was a bit dusty, but not on the furniture or something, but in the air. I am a bit sensitive to this because of allergies, so might be that most of the guests wouldn't notice it. Another thing was the parking, which was not private for the hotel, but basically you needed to find a parking place on the street and at the reciption someone would pay it for you, when I arrived arround 12:00 I had to search for the parking for like 20 minutes. Anyhow, the other days was quite easy to find parking, so might be that I just had bad luck.

I was surprised to see how big the room was. Breakfast was also really nice, not a huge variety of things, but you could find something to eat no matter of personal preferances, also the food was tasty! The beds were verry confortable. The areea was also nice, since it is at about 30 minutes of walking untill you reach the astronomical tower, tram metro and buss stations are also 2-5 minutes away. The staff was also always helpfull and nice!

I stay at this hotel quite regularly as I find it very comfortable and the staff and exceptionally helpful. The Indian restaurant on the premises is also very good and there is a full choice of good quality for breakfast. The location is not right in the tourist centre but access to everywhere is excellent through the tram and metro stations, which are very close. The bonus is that the Karlin district is very close, which is great for food and culture in the evenings.

The choice of very dark wallpaper for the rooms makes the space a bit dark, even with the lights on and/or curtains open. This is a personal opinion, and in now way affected the enjoyment of my stay.

Everything was great, the staff was exceptionally friendly and always very helpful, even printing me a metro schedule to help me get back to the airport. The room was large and spacious, the bathroom was particularly nice, everything was very clean and new. Breakfast was great, I particularly appreciated that the hot dishes and types of pastries changed daily, so a multi-day stay didn't get boring in terms of breakfast choices. Lastly, the location is amazing, with two metro lines and multiple tram lines at the end of the block, every part of Prague is within reach with great ease. There are also two large supermarkets within a block of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Consider location as a bit more loud. If you are easily disturbed by noises, you aren't gonna be happy in the night. Room is ok, but there are signs that some maintenance is needed. Windows and mirrors were not cleaned properly, and shades were full of dust.

Location is exceptional, right next to Florenc metro station. You can walk to the old Town or take subway if you wanna go to some other part of Prague. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

The surrounding neighborhood and the hotel's exterior gave off a slightly eerie vibe. Additionally, our room on the first floor facing the street was a bit noisy.

Even though the location is not perfect, and the surrounding area - the room itself was a big positive surprise. The hotel is near the Metro Station, so even though it is away from the city center it is very convenient for tourist visits. The Breakfast was AweSome!

The only thing that came to my mind: The set of furniture in my opinion isn't the best. I was lacking a place to comfortably sit in the single room - there are enough places to put an armchair or a little couch. Also, the wardrobe is not very comfortable to use as there is a fridge there taking a lot of space, and the lack of a bedside table is odd.

The service was great, everything is super clean, the location is just amazing. I liked breakfasts too, the hot dishes were different every day! Overall a very good experience. It's not cheap, but you get a proper feeling of a good hotel.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of Old Town. Modern, clean, and very spacious room with a nice view. Breakfast was lovely - lots of high quality options to choose from. Attached to a great Indian restaurant, too!

The only two disappointing features of the room were the bed and the hair dryer. The bed wasn't too comfortable, it would be disappointing to endure a whole week's stay with it. The hairdryer was also useless.

The overall quality of the room was exceptional. The window could be opened completely for ventilation, the bathroom was high quality, and the room was spacious. The variety of choices at breakfast were decent.

I'm struggling to think of anything which I did not like.

Check-in was an easy process and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Reception is very efficient and they were very informative about local attractions plus explained everything we needed to know about our hotel. We were always given a friendly greeting when returning to the hotel after a day out exploring the city. A good selection of food at breakfast which varied slightly each day (although green beans for breakfast seemed a little strange to us Englishmen). The breakfast room was clean and spacious. The slippers and ear plugs provided was also a nice added touch, although we did not need them as the hotel was very quiet despite being fully booked. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. Leaving our cases at the hotel, whilst we explored the city on our last day, was not a problem. The location was ideal for us as we could easily walk to the main attractions in around 20 to 30 minutes.
