The bathroom should be renovated. Hair dryer is very bad. Cosmetics could be better

I liked everything

I've stayed in 5* hotels that were not as nice as Hotel Romance. Staff is wonderful. The rooms are, big, beautiful, high ceilings, very quiet. Great bathroom. Place for 2 suitcases! Breakfast is very good, also lunch and dinner were delightful. Location is excellent. Tip.- only taxis can get to the front of the hotel. I think is a fixed price to/from the bus/train station, around 200cz, same as a shared ride.

The pillows need to be changed, as they lack density. As we are not too thin, the bathtub appeared a little bit too narrow for us :)

Location, view and personnel are great. The room is not decorated in a modern style, hovewer fully corresponds to the spirit of the town, which have counted on.

The parking spaces were up a steep hill but it was our first visit to Karlovy Vary so now not surprised. Glad to have a place to park.

The Hotel is stunning! I’ve been delighted with it and with the gorgeous city as well! The location is excellent, the room was clean. ,spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was clean spacious too ! The breakfast was really good, excellent! The staff are helpful and friendly!

Driving directly to the hotel was not possible when we arrived as the road was closed off by automatic retractable bollards. But we found a space to park temporarily (which coincidental were the parking spots for the hotel). We walked a few meters to the hotel to ask about parking and as we didn't have too much luggage we just carried it to the hotel. But apparently there's also a way to get past the road blockage to unload.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were very clean and looked like newly renovated. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

As 4 stars hotel it would be nice to have just simple bottle of water in the room especially when guests arrived tired at late time. Fortunately there was a small shop just underneath the hotel

Location, service and cosy small restautant. We had an executive room and it was perfect . we reserved a parking place and it was just 2 minutes from the hotel as it located just in the center of Karlovy Vary generally very good hotel if you want to live just one step from all sightseeings.

The cleaning crew doesn’t speak English & barely understands a few words. Even though she’s well intentioned, the cleaning lady doesn’t respect the “do not disturb” sign that you’re hanging on the door. Furthermore, the sign is red on the “do not disturb” part, and green on the other side. For a person who doesn’t like her privacy to be broken, it is an unpleasant event.

The propriety is very clean, the restaurant has a very good selection of dishes, the personal at the reception is kind and friendly. The view on the windows is simple amazing, the hotel is very close to many shops and restaurants. What I loved the most is that they’re accepting animals.

Hotel is in heart of centrum, they have parking not far from hotel but driver bring you there and back to the hotel, personel is so nice and helpful specially Monika front desk, breakfast very good, definitely we will back there.
