The coffee at breakfast could have been better

Amiable and patient staff. Very comfy beds. Wonderful sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was very good (fruits, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, breads,... All was there). Parking right in front of the hotel for 200 Kč/day (don't forget to reserve a spot while you're booking to make sure you can park there).

There are no facilities for making tea/coffee in the rooms - this is a gap by today's standards.

The hotel is probably the best in Hradec. The staff customer-facing staff all speak very good English and are very helpful. The cleaning staff are very helpful. In winter the hotel is warm. The breakfast comprises a good buffet including hot food of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes. There is a fridge in the room. An iron and ironing board is available from reception.

Wellness opening hours too limited, no opening in the morning. No coffee machine or hot water boiler for thee and/or coffee in the room. Shower water not warm, must wait too long (and waste lot of water) to get right temperature if it happens. One evening I abandonned..

Hotel is very comfortable and in a perfect location. Breakfast was good and the room spacious and clean. Personnel was kind and always available. It is the 4th time I come to this hotel and I can only highly recommend it.

Top hotel in the center of Hradec Králové, yet in a very quiet location. Friendly and kind staff, beautiful rooms, everywhere clean. The accommodation price includes free entry to the hotel pool and sauna. Rich breakfast. Fast wi-fi. Highly recommended. Hint: the hotel has a limited number of parking spaces; book your parking place already when booking a room.

No hot water to shower in the evenings. Poor door catch on room 111 : not secure. Needs looking at though equally I did not report either fault as only there for 3 nights.

All staff are 1st class. Clean and comfortable, easy walk to main square and restaurants.

I didn't find negative thing. The hotel is rather friendly than modern.

The location of the hotel was amazing, because the hotel is in the down town close to everithing. The hotel has some own parking place, there are on the street, but staff is watching it by cameras. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful, mainly the building and the covered inner courtyard. It was very nice and friendly. The room was very good, mainly the bathroom, that was very big. The hotel has own wellness, what is can use (include in the price). The breakfast was good and it was enough for us (warm and cold food, fruit etc.). I recommend everybody to spend some night in this hotel, when they are in the city.

Air Conditioning in the bedrooms would have been great and maybe also the option to have more pillows but the staff at the hotel did their best and as mentioned above, gave us the extra pillows and an extra fan, so we can’t complain too much.

The location is lovely in one of the two adjoining squares, with plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel is lovely and quiet and the continental style breakfast was good. We asked for extra pillows which they did provide us with and also an extra fan for the bedroom so that we had one on each side of the bed (it was very hot!).

Unfortunately the staff that did our checkin was not really helpful so we had to discovery parking and food by ourselves. All the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and careful.

No air conditioning. Hard in summer days

I have been traveling many many times for work purposes all around Europe - and hotel with such great , dedicated and professional staff is extremely hard to find. Really one of a kind . And now they even got a new chef which makes your stay even better))

The hotel is very conveniently situated. What I've really appreciated was the option to park my car right there infront if the hotel even though its a city center.

The bathroom is really too small. They saved the space for the room but they really could have made it at least 1.5 square meters larger...

The hotel and the room are great. Unfortunately, we had a short stay and didn't get a chance to use the hotel's pool. The breakfast was well assembled with plenty options and the room was large, clean and with all the necessary items.
