Perfect reception and super cozy hotel, very close to the center (Just less than 1 km from Carlo's Bridge). They offered us breakfast for one of two nights we stayed there and it was complete of sweet and savoured food. We found a bottle of red wine in our room as gift from the hotel and they gave us even the magnete and some voucher to spend for drinks and other. A special mention to all nice guys that work there, i think they are the reason for the hotel success. Super suggested!

Sewage smell in the bathroom at times. No mosquito net at the windows. No air conditioning, just a ventilator.

Nothing really, rooms weren’t the most modern ever but comfy bed and good shower was good enough.

Fantastic location, easily walkable to the major sites and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, receptionists some of the nicest we’ve ever encountered! Nice complimentary bottle of wine too. Good continental breakfast selection that set us up for the day.

Everything was as expected.

Its proximity and convenience to the center and to the main attractions. I enjoyed their outdoor sittings though it became bit cold by the end of my stay. The staff was friendly, young and seem to manage professionally well the hotel. Most spoke good English. I mostly dealt with Kate, and her peers at the reception. All were helpful and gracious. In all, I would recommend this hotel.

Some noise did come in through the door; the hotel was not noisy at night, however. The stay was fantastic, overall.

Breakfast was incredible. The variety was great and the quality was fantastic. The staff were always at hand if you needed something during breakfast and we're available to answer questions. Food was listed in both the local language and in English. I don't think I have ever had a better hotel breakfast.

The noise coming from the next room of loud talking at night and snoring was noted, and heavy footsteps sometimes, above. But that just has to do with the architecture of an old building. It’s not anyone’s fault.

The four young people on reception were truly welcoming and always helpful. The cleaning staff and breakfast people were also friendly. And my room was always attended to very well. They are clearly very proud of serving their hotel and want people to enjoy their stay at Hotel Adler and in Prague. The location was very central to the river and bordered Old Town but it was in a quiet street which I appreciated.

Check-in - I had requested twin beds, but they had us booked for a double; however, the lovely staff soon changed our room.

Staff - everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, and able to communicate with us in English which was much appreciated. Room - my friend was initially disappointed as it wasn't the most luxurious looking and didn'tlook like the photos,, and the mattress was not super soft but then we both slept like babies; and the water pressure was amazing in the shower. Location - perfect to walk to the river and Old Town.

The room was exceptionally clean. reasonable size and have everything we needed cannot fault it. the position of hotel was really good 10 minus walk to everything = main square = River and Charles bridge. a good selection of restaurants all close by.
