Even though I bought an economy room, the room is a bit too small for two. And there is a lack of ventilation, there is none in the rooms. However, there is a window that can be opened for ventilation.

Good standard breakfast, worth paying. Usually similar hotels have an omelette, which is more often lukewarm or cold. The Adler Hotel has freshly fried eggs for breakfast and they are really tasty. Fresh fruits, juices, various snacks, everything is generally very fresh and tasty. Excellent staff! I really liked that you are welcomed here and are happy to welcome you. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent!

The selection of non-dairy products for breakfast was weak. We survived, but we have seen better. The room door did not stop noise from the hallways outside as much as you would like.

The location was great - central but still in what felt like a pretty quiet quarter. Not much noise from the street. Very homey feeling, friendly and helpful staff, informal and personal feel (unlike what you get in a big chain hotel). Decent enough breakfast selection. Nice decor, and the building had a proper big staircase. You got a real physical key to the room (and not a boring old keycard)! Decent set of electrical outlets in the room, good lighting. Comfy beds. Daily cleaning. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine when we checked in, and some nicely folded towels. Makes you feel welcome. WiFi was free and worked fine.

The hotel has an excellent location: in the city center, but at the same time on a quiet street. The service was at the highest level. We were given water upon arrival and during check-out for the trip; the room had everything we needed: a toothbrush with toothpaste, a shoe brush, cotton pads and a nail file, soap accessories by default. There was also a bottle of wine in the room as a compliment from the hotel. The room was clean, quite spacious, the view from the window was beautiful and, which is very important for us, the room was very quiet. Breakfast is good and varied. The staff is extremely pleasant and polite. Thank you very much for the wonderful staying!

There was a strong smell in the bathroom, and sometimes we could feel and smell in the room the smoke from the smoking area.

The staff was so nice and super helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with different sweet and salty options, and the location was super convenient: very close to the highlights of the city but not in the crowded area.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English. The room was larger than expected and cleaned each day which most hotels no longer do. Many thanks for all the little extras which made the stay that bit more special Excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the metro station and right on the edge of the Old Town without being at all noisy.

This hotel was great for me and my son. The location is great, on a safe street, very close to the Old Town Square and the train station to go around the city. The staff were AMAZING. Ahmed helped us with questions and even provided me with medication when I asked for the pharmacy. Natasha and Anastasia helped us with local questions. Everybody was very nice and helpful in the hotel and they were always trying to ensure we were happy. Rooms were very clean and daily housekeeping was awesome. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. I also want to thank the hotel for the various complimentary items and treats they offered us.

We had no issues at all, nothing to report as a downside.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the subway/tram station, the city center is within 15 minutes walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants and bars/cafés nearby as well. The room was comfortable and clean, the building is a nicely restored old house on a quiet street. We were absolutely happy with our choice, I can definitely recommend Hotel Adler.

It was an excellent stay! The rooms were very clean! Breakfast buffet was great with a big variety of sweet and salty to choose from. What was really important,though, was the staff, friendly people, always with a smile on their face and ready to help you with your stay or give you tips for your trip. They gave us complimentary wine upon our arrival and a voucher for a free drink of our choice at the hotel’s bar as well as a voucher for coffee at a nearby cafeteria. Would definitely recommend it and I would totally stay here again!!!
