The property is situation is the heart old town in Prague 1. What we loved is that literally everything is 10 minutes away by foot, the location is tucked nicely away in a side street and is quiet and the staff are friendly and extremely accommodating.

Quite old furniture, mediocre bathroom. In another room, some people reported bed bugs. There were no bed bugs in our room though.

We personally had nothing not to like about this hotel. It really was flawless

The location of the hotel was excellent. In the heart of Prague. Minutes' walking distance from the city center, Clock Square, Vaclav Boulevard, shopping centers and Charles Bridge. Public transportation is close and accessible everywhere in the city. The neighborhood is full of bars, decent restaurants, entertainment places and street food. I requested in advance by email to accommodate us not on the street floor, and we got a room on the top floor, the roof floor (there is an elevator). A room with sloping walls, full of light, very spacious. Comfortable bed, spacious shower and toilet, just a lovely room. very very clean The hotel staff is charming, pleasant, unusually kind, very helpful, and welcoming. The indulgent breakfast offers fresh vegetables every morning, cheeses, sausages, eggs, hot food, and of course delicious and indulgent desserts and good quality coffee. We enjoyed every moment.

The breakfast staff should wear name tags so we can thank them or give them tips by name. They're also excellent, but couldn't thank them personally as above. :)

Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff: Kate, Betka, Artem, Dana and Ahmed are all amazing staff and always willing to help with the room and check in, parking and suggestions or tips for Prague. Beds are comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms and continental breakfast. We were on the 3rd floor and had a church view which was quite beautiful, and would like to try the 4th floor next time in Prague :)

All marvelous, so nothing to declare.

Perfect reception and super cozy hotel, very close to the center (Just less than 1 km from Carlo's Bridge). They offered us breakfast for one of two nights we stayed there and it was complete of sweet and savoured food. We found a bottle of red wine in our room as gift from the hotel and they gave us even the magnete and some voucher to spend for drinks and other. A special mention to all nice guys that work there, i think they are the reason for the hotel success. Super suggested!

Sewage smell in the bathroom at times. No mosquito net at the windows. No air conditioning, just a ventilator.

Only one thing was the shower was very small and the water wasn’t staying quickly.

Nothing really, rooms weren’t the most modern ever but comfy bed and good shower was good enough.

Fantastic location, easily walkable to the major sites and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, receptionists some of the nicest we’ve ever encountered! Nice complimentary bottle of wine too. Good continental breakfast selection that set us up for the day.
