Where to start? I will start with one of the kindest and most helpfull persons I have met in my life, our receptionist Anastazia. She welcomed us to our hotel with special glow and kindness and we did not have any quedtions unanswered after a couple of minutes. She advised us whwre to eat, where to park our car, what to visit and so much more. Anastasia thank you for everything. To conitnue rooms are spacious and hotel is one of the squares next to main square so location is perfect. Beds are very comfortable so we had a great night sleep and do not make a mistake and skip breakfast because you can try some of the local specials

There was nothing about this hotel I did not like. It was beautifully situated; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were all as helpful as they could possibly be! Quite exceptional.

Delicious breakfast. Impeccable staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was outstanding. The hotel was perfectly located, and the rooms were beautiful. Wonderful bathroom and shower. I very much appreciated the Nespresso machine and the bottle of wine we received as a gift!

I had a wonderful stay at Josephine, thanks to its perfect location, clean and spacious rooms, and exceptionally kind and responsive staff. A special mention goes to Daria, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality made my experience all the more memorable. Next time we are in Prague we are staying here again!

The location was fantastic, perfect to be away from the crowds but quick walks everywhere. Also, Daria was amazing. She stayed late to check us in after our flight was delayed. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. Great experience

We had a great stay in the hotel. Our room was very big and convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a few minutes and you are right at the old town square. The breakfast was fresh and had a lot of choices. The staff is super customer friendly and we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made a huge difference in making me feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel's prime location was a major highlight for me. Situated within walking distance from all major attractions, I found it extremely convenient to explore the city without the need for transportation. Being able to easily access the key sights and landmarks added immense value to my stay.

Perhaps the most lovely room I have ever had the privilege to stay in- only surpassed by the amazing staff. Special thanks to Assemay, Daria, and Lana! Location is wonderful for exploring the city with easy access to public transport as well. The breakfast was incredible with more top-notch views to enjoy.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

This place is so close to Wenceslas Square (150m) and some lovely bars and restaurants, but it is very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise at all. The staff were so helpful, very friendly indeed and very welcoming and informative about the area. The room we had was magnificent, much bigger than I was expecting. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture was well specified. The bathroom was also well equipped and spacious. I’ll 100% rebook this restaurant on my next visit to Prague.

No lobby, but we didn't need the lobby so much..

The couple rooms were very nice and cozy, combination of oldies with modern, very clean and convenient facilities. Very very lovely helping stuff. Good breakfast, very very good location.
