Great location. Close enough to the old town and attractions but without it being in the centre of it. Room was spacious and had all utilities needed for a short stay. Gym was pretty good too!

The suite was the perfect size for us and our daughter who stayed with us for a few days while we were in Prague. The location was ideal, room was serviced perfectly and the bottled water each day (plus the Presecco!) was a nice touch. Rooms are beautiful and I used the well-equipped gym a couple of times. We also did the breakfast buffet one morning. It was more than we would want to spend for each day but for that morning, it was perfect. My made-to-order omelet was outstanding!

-There needs to be a focus on hiring staff who speak better English. This seems to be an issue with Eastern European countries in general.

-Very clean, big, well-equipped suite -We had a warm welcome message with candy and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room. -A really good selection at the breakfast buffet

The location was excellent.The hotel itself was probably recently renovated and rooms were extremely clean. Food were excellent and especially the variety and the quality in the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Restaurant and Bar staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally my special thanks go to Iryna and her teammates Vincent, Petra, Ivan and Illia for their patience, very valuable recommendations, problem solving attitude in a very friendly manner. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

The QR code system for housekeeping/room service did not work however the staff on receptions were very helpful.

Superb location. Though very central the rooms were quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were immaculate. Really comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again.

The A/C could have been a little stronger. There were no soap bats, only a liquid soap. However, all these are more of a nagging, the hotel is great.

This is absolutely the best property in Prague for families (got two connected rooms, one with kitchenette). Everything is new, the room is well-designed. The breakfast is excellent. The team really cares about guests. We love this place.
