Everything was fine. Close to the supermarket and metro station. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly, thanks to Vika and Vlada for their response and friendly behavior.

Hotel is big, so a lot of guests and because of that parking spaces are quite limited. There was no space for my car in hotel parking lot. Hotel personnel gave me instructions to find safe parking spot in Tesco parking lot. It was private parking, fenced and camera guarded about 10 minutes walk away. So everything worked out great!

Very helpful and polite personnel/staff. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Had beautiful view to city from my room.

I didn't know I had to reserve parking but was able to do so on the second day. My room wasn't cleaned until I had to prompt the housekeeping staff at 14:30....She was very nice about it. There are 15 floors, after all, but it wasn't completely done ... no complementary stuff was replaced like the water and lotion. lol, love those

The staff were exceptionally kind and considerate.They took their time to explain everything answer questions. I misplaced my passport, and they took their time to go through CCTV to let me see where I dropped it.The breakfast was also lovely with lots of variety. There is a hotel shop that is open till very late with everything under the sun so don't worry if you forget anything. I would definitely recommend.

There were lots of groups of kids on excursions.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. Breakfast has a good choice of food and we really liked that it lasted 7-11AM so you have plenty of time in the morning. It was relatively quiet and the bed is comfy. The staff was very nice and even gave us a complementary bottle of wine when we arrived.

We saw the foto with free parking on booking.com and we booked, when we arrived we didnt get any parking, they said it is full.

It is clean and comfort. Breakfast was outstanding staffs were friendly.

Although we've confirmed that we need parking when we booked the room, it turns out there is no free parking space. Stuff did help us and told us where to find parking.

The room is clean. Location is very quiet. Breakfast is good. Metro station is 10 min on foot from the hotel. Stuff is very helpfull. We got a complementary bottle of wine. There is a shop in the hotel with everything you might need.

The building itself is quite old, the flooring and walls were recently renovated. Furniture is kinda aged. Bathroom is small despite very functional.

Hotel comes with free parking inside and around it’s vicinity. Thankfully we booked for the inside one early enough as we saw many people unable to park inside. Breakfast has lots of options. Room is clean. Vika was so kind to give us late check out :)

The interior seemed a bit outdated but it didn’t affect our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything got explained to me clearly and their English is very good and understandable. The shop on the ground floor was nice, found everything that we needed. Bed was comfortable, we could open the windows to ventilate the room.

The location. It’s located a little far from the old town which is the main tourist attraction.

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the hotel went above and beyond to provide a quality service. The room was clean and it looks like they care for even the small details. The breakfast was good and had a big variety of things to choose from.

While they didn’t charge extra for a dog, the cost really wasn’t worth the room. I paid over €100 and really wasn’t impressed with the quality of the room at all.

The most important thing is that they didn’t charge extra for a dog. Parking was free, but parking in this area is free anyways. The staff were very nice.

A minor thing which was the shower door that needs repairing.

It was a quiet room, big enough, perfectly cleaned and nicely designed with the essential facilities. It was better to provide some more equipment to make guests' stay there more convenient, like a small Coffee Machine!

Although it was written on the website that parking is available, the parking capacity is very limited.

The room was lovely and intimate. The location of the hotel and access to public transportation was excellent.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, particularly Vika, Vasyl, Vadim, and Milana, were incredibly polite and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, my stay here was delightful, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and happily return again!
