The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the hotel went above and beyond to provide a quality service. The room was clean and it looks like they care for even the small details. The breakfast was good and had a big variety of things to choose from.

While they didn’t charge extra for a dog, the cost really wasn’t worth the room. I paid over €100 and really wasn’t impressed with the quality of the room at all.

The most important thing is that they didn’t charge extra for a dog. Parking was free, but parking in this area is free anyways. The staff were very nice.

It was a quiet room, big enough, perfectly cleaned and nicely designed with the essential facilities. It was better to provide some more equipment to make guests' stay there more convenient, like a small Coffee Machine!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, particularly Vika, Vasyl, Vadim, and Milana, were incredibly polite and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, my stay here was delightful, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and happily return again!

The breakfast area became very busy on some of the mornings and the staff was battling to keep up with the numbers. The hotel is a little out of central Prague, about 25 minutes to get in.

The staff are extremely welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and the view from the 14th floor was amazing. The market downstairs was convenient and the hotel was quiet for sleeping at night.

It seemed that the pictures for Booking were photoshopped. The reality was not so stylish. The bathroom was sloppily cleaned and worn.
