We had a reservation for three people, but bed linen was prepared only for two. Luckily additional bedclothes were in the wardrobe.

Nice and clean place, big space, located in the center. Available towels, small shower gel, coffee. Free parking close to the apartment, better to ask for directions before arrival. Receptionist speaks good English.

The trams under window were a bit loud (late at night) that would be my only con. Closed window helped with the noise, but then I missed the fresh breeze :)

The position was very convenient for our planned trips. There is an amazing Cafe across the street.

The location is perfect. It’s close to everything, the supermarket, the bus station, and the city center. The room I stayed was small but very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. I had a good time there.

No air-conditioning - it was way too hot. No coffee or tea. The arrangement of the room wasn't clear - I wasn't sure if someone was staying in the room next door with access to the same shower. It would be good if this was clarified during check in.

Access to the internet was variable. No air conditioning. Travellers that book Kampus Palace must realise that this is principally student accommodation. Which it states clearly in the advertisement. I wish that my student accommodation had been as good as this.

Location is great. Very near to the centre of the town. Easy walk to the Karolina Shopping Complex. Tram network close by gives very good access to the rest of the city. Clothes washing facilities are great, bed changed every week by staff. Lift to every floor. Staff who speak good English are very welcoming and helpful

We had a room on the 6th floor, which was extremely hot throughtout our stay, despite the low temperature on outside. Another downside was the smell of "paint (?)" Which could already be felt in the hallway itself.

We came by car, and at the time of booking there wasn't information on booking.com specifically mentioned that parking needs to be booked in advance, so after a long day of driving we were faced with the fact that there is no parking available and that created unnecessary stress. We asked the hotel to make sure this is mention on the booking.com to avoid trouble for other guests in the future.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is located close to the big shopping mall. Rooms were sufficiently sound proof, breakfast was average.

Although I rate place as very good, in the very first room we had (it was a studio 1x2 bed + 1x3 bed + shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen) there was terrible smell of fish in the kitchen. It was only in our room (we rented 3 in total) - I believe it is hard for the staff to get rid of the smell within an hour they have between switching guests, yet that was the only really uncomfortable thing.

We were staying in Kampus Palace during B4L festival, an about 13 people in total. Although it was during the festival the place was quiet at night / morning so we were able to rest before the next party day. There's a great garden with hotel restaurant when you can grab relatively cheap beer (38CZK) and chill out. Beds were comfortable, place was clean - great value for the money spent.
