The room was clean but it could be just a little bit cleaner (under the bed and carpet).

We stayed for 1 week. The staff was kind and friendly. The location is great - 2 minutes from the square, 5 minutes from the castle. The included breakfast was good with lots of choices. The room had a nice TV, a small fridge to keep our drinks cold and a kettle. Would recommend.

This is a very neat, small hotel right in the middle of the town. It was a short walk from everything I could want to see. The room was small, but very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The building is located near the road and You can hear cars trespassing by. I am not blame the host but if someone expects a silence can be disappointed. Small tip if You travel by a car the road to the parking can be challenging (very narrow).

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, nice basic, comfortable room in a historic building with everything I needed. Walkable to everything & easy to get to the bus station as well.

If the property had more of an automated entry on the bottom floor it might save time for guests entering and leaving the complex:)

This property was located centrally and had one of the most decorated interiors we have ever stayed at. The breakfasts were the best we have ever eaten and the staff were so polite in giving us space and time to relax!

Had a big storm and came back to the property due to weather. Went to use the tv in the room and would not work. Tried calling reception and told us they were gone for the night and were unable to help, which was disappointing, also two out of the three PowerPoints for charging phones was broken. Was difficult to get a hold of anybody for check out as reception was not always attended during opening hours.

Location was fantastic for getting around the town. Breakfast had a good range of options hot and cold foods. Easy access to rooms.

The hotel was locked when I arrived earlier than check-in time, with a note asking the guests to call them for check-in. It would have been better if they communicated how to access the key to enter the hotel via booking.com message, or asked to send a text/whatsapp message, as my phone was unable to call out to overseas line.

What a lovely 16th century building tastefully renovated and designed to offer modern comforts while doesn't lose its old world charm. The breakfast spread was very generous and lots of choices (both hot and cold). The dining room is so comfy and nicely decorated.

Love the beautiful room. Location wise is perfect, near the centre and bus station spicak hence why I chose this hotel. Beautiful lovely quirky design. Very princessy old feeling lol.

I don’t think a couple 70 years old has to carry four suitcases all the way up to the third floor with stairs. Also, the bed was made with the mattress on some kind of stone base that we had to climb into bed, which was very difficult.

That I had to carry all my heavy luggage up many stairs to our room. Also the bed was sitting much higher that you have to crawl up to get in. At 70 years old this hotel isn’t for us maybe a younger couple. Parking for this hotel isn’t so close and when we came to the hotel to load the luggage a police car went buy and wanted to give us a ticket because you need a permit to enter this street. I’m not sure if we will receive a ticket or not but we will have to wait a couple of weeks to see if we get a ticket or not.
