We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is right next to the city centre, the room was cosy, all new, clean and everything. I got all I needed for my work time and the rest I needed after a long day. I will definitely be accommodating here again when I'm in Opava.

This was my third stay at Lidovy dum and the quality of accommodation has only improved. Rooms are clean, dry, warm with modern facilities and comfortable bed. Easy PIN access.

Its proximity to the university and various attractions within walking distance made it an ideal choice for me. The staff members were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. Superb location. Groceries store is next door. Restaurant with a very good food is downstairs. Free parking is available. City centre is 5 min walk away. Apartments are spacious, clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, special beer liquid soap in the bathroom. Room service is available as well. Whole building is a perfect place to stay in Opava.

Czech RepublicThe accommodation is without reception and breakfast. There is no hair dryer and no iron and it is not possible to borrow at the reception as there is no reception.
The accommodation is very comfortable and clean, rooms are spacious and bathrooms well equipped. Big TV screen with connection to streaming platforms.

Czech RepublicIt is advertized as an apartment with a kitchenette, but I got only few cups, glasses, plates and cuttlery. The were no pots, pans and most importantly cutting knives, cutting boards.
The rooms are quite spacious, clean and stylish.
