Breakfast was quite minimalist let's say delicately ;)

We just need a hotel for a night on the way to Austria. Did not expect that we would get such a great place! Exceptional building, convenient parking, local wine in a room! :), a very good restaurant on the ground floor. We will come back!

Breakfast needs to be really rethought and upgraded. I was refused getting a boiled egg. Staff doesn't speak english even with simple words

I would preferer checking time at 11:00 instead of current 10:00am.

The feel of the hotel and its facilities, room disposition solution and its amenities are great. Restaurant offers menu with good selection and good quality meals. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food, fruit, vegetable, and pastry.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast was varied and delicious, though i had to ask for explanation which jam was which as there was no sign to say what kind of jam it was! The staff were very friendly, helpful and willing however i think the 2 breakfast staff need not just stand behind the bar talking to themselves or replenishing items. They could go round to each table and just ask if everything is ok, or is there anything they need; just that little extra care. There were not so many tables or people, and they had the time to do that. Reception were helpful and friendly, and if they didnt know anything they went to find out!

Very, very clean, new, luxurious, Staff is very friendly and helpful (especially the miss on graveyard on 16.9.) Only one interesting thing was - no lights for restaurant seating outside, would be nice.

This hotel is superb, we loved the smell of wooden beams and the way the hotel kept the interior simple, in keeping with its history. Our room was amazing, the spring mattress was good but I prefer a different kind so that was the only slight minus. Breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold food and delicious coffee. It was very easy to rent bikes through the hotel, they also advised us on cycling trips and so we spent an unforgettable day cycling through the vineyards sampling local wine. I also need to mention boar ragu that we ordered in the restaurant, just wow!

Not much really. Perhaps 2 parking spots next to one another would be nice to consider, harder mat and fluffier blankets would be nice as well.

Just two really little things. Our room was a bit hot- no aircondition, what now in May is fine- you can just open the windows. During your summer stay choose the room with aircondition. The second thing: breakfast was very tasty but with small amount options for Vegetarians. Dear hotel owners please consider scrambled eggs without meat. Anyway The hotel is really great.

Hotel and room design is excellent. Bravo for The designer! Very comfortable bed, linen. Clean room, bathroom. Very friendly staff. Free hotel parking and 24h check- in. For us hotel location - close to The highway- was perfect because we’ve been on the way back from Italy.

Lack of the craft beer. Shower doors which makes puddle into toilet part. Not enough hanger in bathroom. Some problem with electric (tv turn off, lamp beside bad turn on/off without control).

Size of the room delux. Nice bathroom. Great big bad. Comfortable armchair. Good food. Very nice style of whole hotel. Checkout at 11, what is in my opinion minimum.

I would appreciate a free bottle of water in the room. It would add to the perfect atmosphere of the place.

Absolutely lovely design in every respect, the size of the room, cleanliness, great breakfast choice, very good evening meal in the restaurant on site, very professional waitress. Quiet surrounding. I simply loved the place. An excellent Moravian wine along with dinner and the whole elegance of the hotel made our stay an experience worth repeating in the future. Highly recommended.

I would notice that the hotel looks stylish and modern, especially inside. But it is a pity, that the whole impression was spoiled by the dirty glasses in the restaurant. Having lunch or dinner, we had such glasses not only once. After asking to change them we always got other glasses but, unfortunately, they were not clean either. As you know, restaurant is a good indicator of a hotel's overall quality. Finer hotel restaurant should have perfectly polished glasses (it doesn’t matter for wine of water). An excellent wine list that this hotel has doesn’t save from bad job of bartender. If a four star hotel doesn’t have such an employee, this work have to be done by waitresses. We would like to say that they are friendly and polite but maybe they just haven’t known all their duties. One more thing is the shower cabin to mention. It has very modern, fancy look but lacks one essential thing, namely a shelf. You simply don't have any place in the cabin to put your own shampoo, washcloth or soap.

First of all, we are saying again “thank you” to the lovely receptionist who upgraded our deluxe double room to a superior double room at no extra charge. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise from the hotel’s staff. The superior room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, with a very large and comfortable bed. Located in the corner of the building, it had very good soundproofing from outside and other rooms. Maybe this is due to the triple glazed windows and the thickness of the walls of the powerful old building.
