No windows to open since it's under the roof. Some issues with flushing the toilet, we bought a plunger. Supplies in the shower were empty.

There is no elevator to the 4th floor where the apartment is. The sauna door is a bit too small to enter for a bigger person.

Instructions to get in could be more thorough. For front entrance it fails to mention how to unlock: key symbol, code, key symbol and doesn't mention on the front entrance instruction that front door opens door inside for a short time period. We arrived vey late with a baby so things took longer than was ideal. The door to the apartment was jnitially difficult to open. You have to enter the code quickly. Apartment was lovely.

Bathroom was a good size and well fitted. Lovely kitchen and it was nice to have milk on arrival and oils/salt/pepper for cooking as we had a baby so didn't always go out. Bedding was lovely. Two tvs was a bonus. Internet was perfect. Electric towel rail was great as we had to do washjnv with a baby. We give it 5 stars

Not a single thing!

Really everything was perfect! Very clean, very well equipped apartment, cosy but roomy in the attic. The accommodation is in fact as nice as shown in the pictures provided. Check-in and check-out is as easy as getting home to your own place and handled very well by the owner. Since the weather was rather nasty the sauna was literally the cherry on the cake - very well functioning and of course nice and clean as the rest!

Mattresses were extremely soft (or old, can't say really) which led to a feeling like there was a whole in the middle of the mattress. Couldn't sleep in a straight position therefore waking up was not very pleasant for the body which is a real shame as otherwise this would be a perfect accommodation.

Figuring out the way to enter the flat (especially the door mechanism) was a bit difficult at first, but the host provided instructions and after managing to enter once, everything went well.

Comfortable, cosy, clean, and met all my expectations. The sauna was great to relax after a stressful day in the city. The communication with the hosts was effortless. I also appreciated the possibility of a later check-out.

The apartment is superb, we really enjoyed staying there. The location is right on the edge of old Town, the parking is right next to the entrence to an inner courtyard that's easy to access and reserved for apartment guests. The apartment looks modern and welcoming and is outfitted with everything you may need: hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, Netflix (but not cable, in case you wish to watch sports games :)) and of course the sauna which is super easy to use and heats up in like 20min. The owners were very communicative and helpful.

One thing. I knew the apartment was on a high floor but since the building had an elevator I was not concerned about our luggage. However, the last floor had no elevator access. That should be made clearer in the listing. Not a big deal. Just was not expecting it

Cleanliness, facilities, location, comfort etc....you cannot get such luxury apartment in the middle of Brno city center with free parking. I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Brno. I've got clear instructions from the owner to the parking slot located in the backcourt. The apartment's location is excellent, just few minutes walking distance from the city centre. The apartment is silent, very modernly designed an fully equipped! The sauna is the "cream on top of the cake"! The word "luxury" is very much valid for the property!

the location is a bit far from the center of old town by walk (around 1.5 to 2 km). The bed sheet is a bit dusty, so we slept on the duvet. After we checked out, the owner informed us that there was a small burning mark on the bed sheet. We told him that we had nothing to do with it and did not notice the mark because we slept on the duvet and did not look underneath. However, the owner believed that it is our fault and insisted that we have to pay for the damage. That cost us 20 Euro which although not much compare to the room price but made me felt bad because we have to pay for something we did not do. So be careful to check everything in the room upon your arrival.

Baby cot didn’t come with mattress or bedding. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacing.

Very nicely decorated and details attended to. Everything was well thought. Comfortable, spacious, lovely location. Facilities were amazing. Host was reachable, always polite. Overall very comfortable and pleasant stay. Recommended!
