We had a lovely stay here with our dog..ideal location for walks through the forests, lots of trails. Staff were really friendly.

The mattresses are not very comfortable, besides they are separate on a double bed. There is no gel dispenser in the shower, it is not very convenient. The restaurant is closed, so you need to go somewhere for dinner or lunch.

The convenient location of the hotel, especially for guests with dogs, is equally convenient both to go to the springs on the embankment and to walk through the park/forest. A quiet, peaceful place, a cozy small hotel, free parking, polite and attentive staff, an excellent varied breakfast for every taste. New renovation in the hotel, well-equipped, quiet and clean room with kettle and refrigerator, fast wi-fi. There is an elevator. Really good value for money.

Reception works only until 18 p.m. In winter time the place of the hotel is a bit scary - very little lightning outside.

The hotel restaurant is closed at the moment (except for breakfast), so one has to find other options, but the staff will share recommendations and even help with booking a table

The staff is very friendly and ready to share tips about the surroundings. Breakfast is very good, we stayed 2 days and the food was a bit different each day, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money.

If somebody does not have a car, it would be difficult to reach at this hotel. Although this point, it is worth to visit!

The rainy weather in October! We had a great stay in this hotel.

This is a great hotel. Location is fab in the park area and 10 mins from the centre of Karlovy Vary. Our room was very .modern, clean, great layout, large comfy bad. Buffet breakfast is outstanding. Be prepared to phone for entry details if you arrive after reception closes but don't worry about that, very straightforward.

It would have been nice to have a thinner blanket option. I was on the top floor and even with the windows open at night, it was quite warm. The blanket provided was too warm and the sheet/duvet cover was too cool. (Sept trip)

Location was great. Far enough away from the tourist crowds and I woke up to the sound of ducks instead of traffic. Beautiful architecture in the area made the walk back to the hotel enjoyable. I felt safe walking alone after dark. I chose this hotel for the simple furnishings and wood/LVP floors as I find them cleaner than carpet. Breakfast option was nice to have, but I would rate the breakfast as expected for the price point. Minimal hot foods, plenty of fruit and there was a good granola/yogurt selection.

Absolutely fantastic and unique location at the edge of the forest , beautiful , peaceful , quiet. Very comfortable carpark.The hotel is small and cosy and the lady at the reception was nice and helpful.
