This property was exceptional! The rooms were beautiful, the views were fantastic, and the location near the bridge made it even better! The personnel at reception were also wonderful, and went out of their way to make sure that we had an even more comfortable stay!

If people fault this property then they perhaps should take a good hard look at themselves.

This was the most beautiful, amazing property and I truly have never stayed anywhere this spectacular in my entire life. We felt like we were Kings and Queens staying in a Palace. It was the most magical experience any of us had ever had and due to this specific accomodation we have made the decision to come back.

Nothing much. The coffee machine didn't work when we got there. We mentioned it to the concierge in passing on the way out of the building, and when we got back it had been replaced, so very proactive.

The location was perfect and it was a really spacious apartment. Beautiful views with a wide selection of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Very friendly, helpful staff made the stay an absolute pleasure.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the flat.

Great flat, in super central location. Ideal for 6 people. Very well equipped so that it is also suitable for a longer stay. Very nice and professional staff.

Parking is at another hotel and rather expensive, but that is to be expected in Prague. One room we stayed in lacked curtains, but fortunately we were able to improvise some. Rooms to the street are quite noisy, so earplugs come in handy.

It is an outstanding apartment in a very central location. Staff was very welcoming and always helpful. I would gladly come again.

Parking. Parking in Prague is impossible, even with a "reserved" spot through the hotel. Once you find a space, try not to ever have to move your car again lol... Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, just the way it is I guess.

We had the most WONDERFUL apartment, 501, there was a stair up to the rooftop landing with 2 chairs and views of the church, the square, the Charles Bridge Towers, the streets below. The bells ringing on the hour and especially on Sunday morning were so beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped for making meals each day, the baths and bedrooms spotless. What an incredible central location as well, a 2 minute walk to the bridge so if you want to see it empty and get up at 6am, I highly recommend (you can go right back to bed). Our hosts were always helpful for any questions, ordering a cab, places to go etc. Tip - don't hesitate to use Bolt to get around - very inexpensive, quick and easy - and trustworthy - do not get a cab off of the street. I loved this hotel and especially this tower penthouse room, so funky and fun, and exactly as depicted on their website.

The best accommodation I have ever stayed in,It felt like we were staying in a castle!In the old town, a 2-minute walk to the bridge,shops, restaurants nearby.The accommodation was very clean, everything needed was available in the apartment,very helpful staff.We loved this apartment so much that we spent a lot of time there :)Definitely recommend!!!!

Very stylish property, clean, well-equipped and in a good location. Charles Bridge just round the corner, tram stop right outside, supermarket very close as was McDonalds! Helpful pleasant staff.

Would be great to have lock inside the bath room doors, now they are outside the doors...Really strange, as apartments are for 6 persons. All doors closes and opens with quite big noise. The shower does not works well, it is difficult to open cold water, the tap works with big noise some time.

Our bed was a bit low for us. It was still comfortable though.

The room we stayed at was so lovely. The location of the hotel is so convenient for everything. Tourist attractions are within walking distance. Close to loads of restaurants and cafes and shops. Public transport is right in front of the hotel. VERY LOVELY AND FRIENDLY STAFF. Shout out to Zuzana for being so kind to us. It was my partner’s birthday and when we got to our room, there was a bottle of prosseco and a sweet note of birthday greeting and wishes. We loved the attention to details and the extra thoughtfulness. Best value and definitely worth it. We will definitely book this hotel when we go back in Prague.

In my opinion some body lotion and some slippers would be more than welcome and maybe some welcome gifts- water.

The hotel is in the city center, in front you have the tram station. The apartment is very nice, valuable furniture, comfortable beds and a very nice view of the city. The reception stuff (the boy) was more than kind, rarely you see someone so considerate.
