How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing to complain - I will book this premise again - for sure!
I´ve been on a motorcycle trip throughout Czech Republik and this premise has been my fourth stay.The very stylish hotel is quite newly arranged or at least renovated. The check-in (performed by a really beautiful young lady by the way) was very professional (maybe also due to the fact, that there has to be done an online-check-in in advance - just after booking). The hotel-owned parking lot was just on the opposite side of the street in comfortably walking disitance - so even getting the stuff from the cycle to the room was no complicated mission like it is in other city-hotels. My room was very nicely equipped and could be reached through a beautiful garden in the open hallway. I really liked this way to get to my room. In the evening I had dinner in the Restaurant belonging to the hotel, which is situated in the same building. It´s called the "Crazy Chicken" and served dinner (the mushroom soup was heavenly!) in a perfect way, offered marvellous czech beer and reasonable prices! The breakfast the mornig after a good night of sleep was also super and plenty! I was b y f a r the best stay during my motorcycle-trip in 2023 and maybe also the best stay in CZ during the years I travel this beautiful country by motorcycle.

The website said that check in started after 3pm, and we had to check out by 9am. It would be better if check ins started earlier and check outs could be later.
My family liked the breakfast. They also offered free coffee and hot chocolate.

It’s nothing to not like this property, everything was excellent I recommend to everyone families couples single trips, business trips.
this property has fantastic location in a little town, the property has the private carpark, is excellent.

Everything perfect!
Lovely hotel in one of the main squares... a historic building (with a lovely view) and a modern room equipped with a comfortable bed, a nice, hot shower, and superb wifi. The parking is across the street and is safe and easily accessible. The hotel is next to a beautiful restaurant and it's possible to be served in the hotel area if the restaurant is full (it was). The breakfast served by the hotel has many choices (all delicious) and offers excellent coffee. It's also possible to buy a small souvenir at the reception desk. Polite and professional staff who take care of every need. A very nice stay and very centrally located...makes walking around and exploring the city easy!

The portable air conditioning is a bit noisy and ineffective.

Honestly, there is nothing we didn't like. All was good.
The food was simple but very nice. The hotel is in a central location, but inside the hotel you feel very warm and cozy and away from the city. It feels like you're staying in a castle from 1800s. Great feel.

The staff was very professional and welcoming. Very modern rooms inside a historic building on a prominent spot of one of the major squares in the city. Furnishing and design are new, high quality, stylish and cozy at the same time. The beds are very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, on top of the buffet, it included also a cooked hot breakfast meal of our choice. The building hosts also a restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel and offered us an extraordinary culinary experience, in the best sense of the word.

Staff should speak a bit of English. Breakfast coffee must be improved, as well as orange juice. I would not have breakfast again there. Windows should have curtains for the whole window, remember that you host international customers who like not to be woke up at 5am by morning light.
Place is convenient, big room and comfortable bed.

We didn’t like the hotel room didn’t have air conditioner. There was a fan but too small for such a big room.
