Heaters were not working and the house was quite cold as a result.

This isn't a dislike as such, as we were really happy with this apartment. When we booked it, the photos had a balcony, which we did expect. We didn't get that apartment. I don't know if bookings.com shows the photos of all the apartments that are being advertised by one owner, but I just thought I'd mention it to see if it can be modified. Overall, though, we absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely book again 🙏

Absolutely lovely apartment, airy, spacious, all the cutlery, pots & pans you need for cooking, extra towels & bedding, and a great location. Tram 1 minute walk, Brno station 2 mins away and down centre on your door step. This place was recommended to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again 😌

We missed little things like coffee. They provided a coffee machine but only two coffee inserts and no option to order more. There is basically no reception to call ar go to.

I didnt like trams in the morning under the windows. I didnt like very small and inefficient hairdrye. I didnt like, that in the bathroom is no shelf for personal hygiene items, creams, etc.

I liked most everything. The atmosphere of the apartment was perfect. The size of the apartment and location. I liked that ap. has lift. I like the big large fridge with freezer.

Location of that place is perfect (it’s not a long way anywhere). Our room was better than we were waiting for. There was everything what you can need during your visit. Also communication with host worked very well before and during the trip. We can recommend this place to everyone.

Nothing but if I had to comment for others , there is bare to none wifi /internet in room 3.3 and when we finally hooked up with one of the other rooms it kept dropping out / slow so I would not recommend relying on this .. i found Brno slow all round for internet fyi

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, simpe check-in, great contact with the landlord. The apartment is at the old city in pedestrian area, but very close to the place you can find the parking (just after crossig the big street called Nadrazni), so i foound it very convenient. I will use the same place if ever come again :-)

Our apartment had a massive hallway, be nice to have a bit more furniture in it - somewhere to put keys/bag etc. rather than just a hanger to utilise the space a bit more. Can be a bit noisy from the street but that's to be expected in such location. Lots of reminders/rather strict tone of communication with the host.

Location is perfect, with great transport connectivity and plenty of tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, perfectly equipped.

It felt a little impersonal and some more individual touches would be nice. Some general noise from trams in the morning, but it wasn't excessive and is to be expected given the extremely convenient location.

Lovely large apartment in the centre of Brno, very close to the train station, and walking distance from everything. So many excellent cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.The a/c is very effective and was definitely needed during our visit, as it was surprisingly warm in Brno. Apartment is at the top of the building, but there is a lift. Everything you would need for a short stay is provided, including a washing machine and a good smart tv. We really enjoyed our visit to Brno and wished we had stayed longer.

This property was exceptional. The location was convenient to transport, food and attractions. It was extremely well appointed with everything you would need. The views were spectacular. And the staff were easy to contact but not intrusive. Would highly recommend.
