We arrived as a family, with a 2-year-old child at 11 am, at the reception they told us at 15, goodbye.. it’s a shame they didn’t ask, alternatives... the first time like this... we should leave, it’s terrible for such a hotel.. it’s a pity

Sauna world was the best! No other establishment offers 10+ different types of saunas. Also, sipping a cocktail while soaking in hot water just feels great!

It was loud during one of the nights as someone was playing pool around midnight. I called the receptionist, found out the phone doesn’t work and needed to get down to tell them that it’s disturbing our sleep. The noise isolation could be better in the room. The staff or guests walking around could be heard from inside of the room. We were here for the 4th time if not mistaken time and this happened only once - still this was one of the more expensive rooms.

The whole place is nice and has a good vibe. The people are very friendly. Restaurant food was good as well

The wellness not allowed kids below 145cm to access, understand for safety reason. But at least provide pool access would be better.

It should be write that you should order massage one months before your stay, because 2 weeks before there are just 3-4 places. Wellness is paid extra, it is not included in room prize. If you want to go on breakfast later, you need to go to farest room. if there is some event they are not cooking for few hours.

Room was very clean and nice.bed was very comfortable. we had a nice terrace. There was bathrobe and slippers available in the room. Breakfast was great - a lot of juices, caffees, tee, sparkling wine, variety of breads, chees, hams, spreads, fruit, vegetables, cakes, different type of egs... We was also at dinner - we choose ala carte- food was excellent, for good prize, very nice staff, good drinks at bar. Wellnes centra was great - with lots of wirpools, saunas... it was not crowded , just more people were at saturday noon. there is also possibility to buy fresh juices, drinks and food there. Just it is not included in prize of the room, you need to pay extra. parking is big and free of charge. Road is a bit tricky, because there are sign just at turn, not before.

Shower!! During showering water was changing from extremely hot to cold on its own. Scary. Shower and bathroom can definitely use some shelving.

Fantastic breakfasts! So many delicious choices. I’m sure we gain some pounds. Very nice restaurant inside and outside. Staff was very polite.

The location is far from the city. The breakfast's variety was medium minus and it hasn't changed during our 5 days of stay. No water drain hole in bathrooms floor! Any water going out from the shower must be drained with towels.

The personal was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. The room was cleaned each day and the hotel as a whole was very clean in each corner. A great spa space! Many different saunas, resting-reading rooms, bars and a marvelous outdoor warm pool.

Good option if you want to have the spa treatment. The spa is good, but a bit overcrowded. Rooms are comfortable and location is nice.

everything was great! we liked how close it was to the wellness center. the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was delicious! parking was also no problem at all, we arrived in the late afternoon and so the „regular“ parking lot was quite busy, but after a couple minutes we found a parking space. the room was spacious with a really big balcony and view of the lake!

- Pillows in the bedroom, there was a selection of 2 pillows but neither was comfortable. I suggest the hotel to equip the rooms with some more sophisticated anatomic pillows for a higher level of comfort.

- Amazing wellness area: Great selection of spacious saunas, variety of steam and finish saunas, aromatherapy, rituals, music etc. Spacious whirlpools, indoors and outdoors. - Well-equipped wellness bars, range of drinks and food available. Great quality cocktails and prosecco, served in elegant plastic glasses and can be enjoyed even inside the whirlpools. - We appreciated that the wellness was open untill 22:30 so we could enjoy even after dinner. - Overall, the wellness area is just amazing. - The hotel was great too, we stayed one night only, but everything went really well. - Great breakfast buffet, and the dinner was very tasty, too.

The heating system was strange. We turned the heating off in the evening. During the night, the heating turned itself on to maximum and we couldn’t do anything, it was extremely hot. Then suddenly in the early morning the next day it turned itself off.

You can combine your accommodation with attending of the wellness and spa complex. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly und smiling;)
