The pillows were very soft which was very uncomfortable for us. We told the staff but unfortunately the only other option was a decorative pillow from the dining room.

We did not know there is no 5th bed but only after making the reservation did we get an email saying the 3rd child will have to sleep with us parents. The staff however, was kind enough to give us a solution and some convenience.

1. The hotel is too far away from the Prague Castle. If I will choose again, I will choose a hotel besides the Prague Castle, or I will take Uber to the Prague Castle instead of walking there. 2. It's too cold to enjoy the balcony. And the balcony is not facing the park. If you were expecting having coffee with the park view, you may found it disappointing.

The hotel is generally fine. It is very close to the station, only 2-3 minutes. The room is large and beautiful. The service crew are very nice and helpful. The free minibar includes beer, white wine, juice, coke, and several pieces of chocolates. It's awesome!

Housekeeping staff are too loud, talking to each other through the corridor, and produced quite a lot of noise during cleaning starting at 8 am. Sewage smell spread in the room after taking shower.

The property is very clean, modern and well maintained. It is very close to the main station so very helpful if you have a late arrival or early departure. The staff was very helpful and polite. Special shout out to Nidhi, who checked us in.

Small blankets on a big bed, it's not warm enough and definitely not big enough. Location wise, It's not really on the main st, but not far to take a taxi so you find your self walking, but it's a minor issue and the train station and bus are just over the road and 2 minutes from the hotel.

Very nice stuff, excellent rooms and very clean, it's not fancy and the simplicity is winning big time with the wonderful ppl there, no exception. Amazing to see how they care for their guests. It's more important than any luxury, although that it was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

It's pricy. The desing is like industrial and it doesn't feel we are in a expensive place (it's good materials and has everything), but for the price, i would like to have a better desing (specially on the bathroom).

The welcoming was great. From the receptionists (all of them great), to the entrance of the room. We had a small welcome note from Babu that really made the difference! We felt at a friends house! The room is full of ammeneties, lots of space to put your stuff, it even has a kitchen counter with a hose to clean cups or dishes. It is equipped with coffee and tea machines and the quality of the products is excellent. The breakfast is good and has everything.

Everything was perfect, breakfast was great as well with a lot of choices and fresh all the time. Rooms are super clean and decoration is very functional. Rooms are designed in a way that you can easily arrange your things and spacious rooms. Very good hotel when travelling with a kid
