Amazing hotel! 2 adults and a 6 yr old - we had a huge room with a sink, lovely tea/coffee facilities, fridge. Super comfy beds. Great shower. The breakfast was lovely, fizz on arrival, amazing staff. Opposite the main station so super convenient, easy walk to all the main attractions. Set back from the main road so it was super quiet. Great hotel!

Absolutely nothing - it was all positive

Very close to the Praha hl.n. Train station which was handy, but still walking distance to everywhere. The check in experience was fantastic and the room was better than expected- lots of space and super clean, with comfy bed and rain-head shower. Loved the handwritten welcome note :)

Staff, especially Ester, were phenomenal and the location was very close to the train station and the Old Square with fantastic restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and well appointed.

The only thing that I didnt like is that children under 5 years old the hotel consider that they sleep with their parents so they don't provide a mattress for them. Unless you ask and pay extra (I found the value above average). Breakfast also dont have variety from one day to the next.

Our staying at this hotel was perfect! The staff was nice, room was big, comfortable and quiet.

We did not know there is no 5th bed but only after making the reservation did we get an email saying the 3rd child will have to sleep with us parents. The staff however, was kind enough to give us a solution and some convenience.

1. The hotel is too far away from the Prague Castle. If I will choose again, I will choose a hotel besides the Prague Castle, or I will take Uber to the Prague Castle instead of walking there. 2. It's too cold to enjoy the balcony. And the balcony is not facing the park. If you were expecting having coffee with the park view, you may found it disappointing.

The hotel is generally fine. It is very close to the station, only 2-3 minutes. The room is large and beautiful. The service crew are very nice and helpful. The free minibar includes beer, white wine, juice, coke, and several pieces of chocolates. It's awesome!

Housekeeping staff are too loud, talking to each other through the corridor, and produced quite a lot of noise during cleaning starting at 8 am. Sewage smell spread in the room after taking shower.
