The lock in the doors on our floor was broken. The man who gave me a card to my room said its number out loud when there were many other guests waiting behind me. This is a bad practice because of safety reasons. But those are minor things; my stay there was great, and I would definitely return!

Perfect localization. Tasty breakfast. Friendly stuff. We could leave our luggage before and after our stay, which was really convenient.

The mattresses were too hard for me and the pillows way to big!

The staff were extremely courteous and polite. The room was very clean, spacious and there was not any noise at all. The location of the hotel is right of the center of the old fourth, literally 5 minutes walk from it.

There is nothing I didn’t like

This is a really cool boutique hotel the staff have gone above and beyond from check-in (Maria) to all the breakfast staff! The rooms are incredible really highly functional for working having a little snack in the kitchenette. A great bathroom and the mattress is amazing. The pillows are even more amazing. Best sleep I’ve had in Europe in three weeks.

Amazing hotel! 2 adults and a 6 yr old - we had a huge room with a sink, lovely tea/coffee facilities, fridge. Super comfy beds. Great shower. The breakfast was lovely, fizz on arrival, amazing staff. Opposite the main station so super convenient, easy walk to all the main attractions. Set back from the main road so it was super quiet. Great hotel!

Absolutely nothing - it was all positive

Very close to the Praha hl.n. Train station which was handy, but still walking distance to everywhere. The check in experience was fantastic and the room was better than expected- lots of space and super clean, with comfy bed and rain-head shower. Loved the handwritten welcome note :)

Staff, especially Ester, were phenomenal and the location was very close to the train station and the Old Square with fantastic restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and well appointed.

The only thing that I didnt like is that children under 5 years old the hotel consider that they sleep with their parents so they don't provide a mattress for them. Unless you ask and pay extra (I found the value above average). Breakfast also dont have variety from one day to the next.

We did not know there is no 5th bed but only after making the reservation did we get an email saying the 3rd child will have to sleep with us parents. The staff however, was kind enough to give us a solution and some convenience.
