Breakfast was very good with a great range of foods but they ran out of granola on Sunday and it was still not replenished on Monday. Coffee sachets not replenished in the room after 2nd day. Incredibly minor points to be honest which did not impact the overall service of this hotel.

The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but very central. Perfect to see the city by foot but also very close to metro station. The room was large and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

The location in “new town” is slightly too far outside of the main tourist centre. - old town”…. 15 min walk. The breakfast whilst a large spread did not offer much healthy options and the scrambled egg seemed to be missing the eggs.

Lovely modern hotel with excellent large rooms and bathrooms. Being able to reserve a car park in the private garage is also a big bonus if required.

We did ask for a car service early in the morning but the person we told may have forgotten to put it in the notes. So at the last minute it felt like there was no communication or lack of it.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the heart of Prague and where all the action is at. The staff was nice. The true award goes out to the cleaning staff. They kept the rooms nice and tidy for us during our 4 day stay and they even cleaned our laundry no charge. Good place.

Suggestions would be to not fill mini frig with products for sale, no decorative pillows/items that don't get washed between guests, hallway & shelves are wasted space, TV had issues, get regular coat hangers, 2 twins beds together not actual queen.

Nothing. Everything was great.

The hotel is located near the central train station and near the one of the famous squares. The National Museum is 5 min by walk. The staff was very pleasant. There are a lot of restaurants in area, but we loved Trattoria that are right after the corner. Breakfast was delicious! Very modern rooms. There is a parking in hotel. You should book parking place. It costs 30 euro per day and it is private parking of this hotel.
