Whilst the room was fantastic there were some things to take into consideration if perhaps you are older or have limited mobility: no fixed shower head (sit down bath with hand held shower head, under sloped ceiling so you cannot stand straight) and also the Loft is at the top of two sets of narrow spiral stairs.

The staff made this stay exceptional! The owner Chris and the team were all great and couldn’t have been more helpful. Chris is obviously extremely passionate about Nana Macs and it makes the experience even more enjoyable. The building is beautiful and has an interesting history, which Chris can tell you all about. We stayed in the Loft which meant we had our own room off the bedroom and our own terrace space. The breakfast itself was wonderful and was served in a lovely, peaceful courtyard. The whole hotel had a great atmosphere. It was perfectly located in Prague 1. We would absolutely recommend it and will be staying again.

What an amazing property! Great value and the decor was so quirky. The staff were so helpful and the ‘icing on the cake’ was the surprise birthday cake and drink - such a personal touch. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in Prague.

There was nothing to not like.

The room was so lovely. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and felt so welcome. The room is designed beautifully with a lot of space for only two people. For the location, staff and room standard I cannot believe the price. It was a very reasonable price, with breakfast included and the offer of free prosecco upon entry. I cannot speak more highly of Nana Macs, it is my favourite hotel I have ever been to and made my first time in Prague just 10x better. Thank you

Beautiful old building well preserved. Gorgeous rooms. Cafe and terrace area are welcoming and comfy. Bed in room 8 is luxurious. Chris is a fabulous host and took time to make me feel at home

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were stunning! Really spacious, so much character. The staff were so attentive and helpful and the place was beautifully decorated. The most comfy bed I have slept on and will 100% be back.

There is a lovely cafe, the staff is really nice specially Mike. Rooms are stylish, huge and very comfortable. Breakfast with good quality products and enough variety. Look forward to come back.

Warm foods at the breakfast needs a lid to keep them warm longer and the shower needed a shelf for shampoos.

There is no elevator. All luggage had to be taken up and bring down. But the staff was very helpful to move the luggage during check in and also very friendly.

Nana Macs is a great, quirky little hotel with a very chilled, unique vibe. I loved the individuality, it’s super handy having the adjacent wine bar, and the location is great.
