Because it is a holiday season, there is no parking space in the hotel parking lot. So can park on the surrounding roads. The parking fee is 20 koron/hour. Calculate the parking fee easily at the parking machine and leave the receipt in the car.

Breakfast is normal. Don't expect anything special. The hotel room is clean and comfortable.Location is able to close to centruem by tram, 9 or 10 tram.

Shower was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes was too hot or too cold and the temperature was not consistent.

Good location in an área with plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean hotel, big comfortable beds.

The beds were not super comfortable but you can sleep. The air condition was slow but that might be because it was not that hot at our time. We stayed for 3nights and every day the breakfast was the same menu/options.

The Lift to NH Collections and the facilities are amazing. Also very clean and prompt service.

The rooms are A/C equipped, but this time of the year the AC was not functioning, yet (=had to open the window to get colder air) Breakfast selection rather basic

- communication between staff didn't seem to work well, e.g. we requested robes and slippers both through the online concierge and at the reception desk but never received them - info between staff doesn't seem to be passed on, got 3 different answers when asking about the steam room/sauna and whether I need to give notice to use it, even after asking it wasn't always turned on - very hard to find actual information about the restaurant/facilities such as opening times (the sauna area had 3 different opening times displayed in different sources) and how to access them (you have to request the sauna/steamroom to be turned on 30 min prior) - we thought there was a swimming pool, because it was not clear which areas of the other NH hotel (NH collection) would be accessible to us through the sky lift

- Big, clean room with amenities ready to use including mini-fridge - location is great for shopping and taking public transport incl Airport transport, but also a good walking distance from the city - views from the sky lounge were amazing - breakfast was fantastic and had great choices - sauna/steamroom area is small, but great to use after a long day of sightseeing, gym was also well equipped - staff was polite and helpful - atm and money exchange available in house - Thai massages available which were amazing

However, the sink was blocked for some reasons and the staffs didn’t care to notice it or do something about it.

The property is suitably located with great staffs. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel was really clean.

Perhaps it was a little frustrating to the eye that there was no central lighting in the room - it was mostly smaller lamps attached to the bed which didn’t provide good lighting especially at night, but this is a minor thing, I loved my stay at NH Prague City. There was also a bit of a confusion with breakfast - I was told that Mon-Fri it’s 6.30am-11am but it’s only until 10am!:)

Everything - spacious clean rooms, great and friendly service, delicious wide-ranging breakfast, convenient location, easy to get to.

Coffee is really really bad with the breakfast. You should clean your machine or buy something better... The corridor door is extremely laud when room is close by, next time I will specifically ask not to be to close to it. Buy bigger glasses for breakfast please, I go to the table with 8 of them...

Great location, clean, staff let us inbefore 15:00, so this was great. I made a mistake reserved for 1 only instead of 2 they correct it. Everything is just fine here as usual.

Unfortunately the parking was expensive 37euro/night. I had to park at the bus parking lot under the bridge. Location is far from the center but kinda reasonable (30 minutes by foot) Also because of New Year Eve the hotel was full so we need to wait for table at breakfast.

The bed was UNBELIEVABLE! I think it was at least 200 by 200 it hard to find something like this with a standard room.. Hot in the room, cozy, bathroom clean and big enough, everything at superlative.

It is slightly difficult to close the door, and in the room I can clearly hear people talking or walking in the corridor

The staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. The location is good, close to bus and metro stations, restaurants, and also a shopping mall.

heating was extremely high, only option was to open windows to make room colder. it’s no easy to arrive by walking , specially if you have a baby stroller or disability
