Very nice apartment at a very convenient location, close to the Starobrno brewery and a bit over 20 min walk from the spielberk castle and the heart of the city. Everything was as advertised and described by the reviewers before me. The apartment is fully furnished with new equipment and tastefully decorated. We especially liked that there was a lot of plates, glasses and cuttlery. The shared garden is also very nice and offers wonderful views of the Spielberk Castle. Last but not least, the host Lenka prepared a really nice warm welcome and made us feel like at home. Although we had everything we needed, I'm sure she would have helped us with anything if something was missing.

The only thing that we kinda disliked (it wasn’t a big deal but maybe you should keep this in mind if you visit if it is a big deal for you) was the noise from the street and neighbours sometimes cause you hear a quite lot. And the second smaller bedroom doesn’t have windows. Overall it was pretty warm inside even though there were ventilators in every room and even an AC in the master bedroom. But besides these things, there were no complaints, and like I said, we weren’t bothered that much by those things. Also: you have to be really quiet from 22pm until 8am, which was fine for us but something to keep in mind too.

The apartment was truly amazing. Lenka came to give us the keys when we arrived and she showed us around and explained to us how everything worked. Throughout the stay, she texted a couple times, asking how everything was going and if we needed anything. She gave us tips of things we could do/see in the area. So big thanks to the host: you are so kind, thank you! The communication with her is so easy, even before you arrive, and you can just text her if you have questions and she answers fast. The apartment itself was super clean, it has everything you need, the beds are super comfortable and the location is perfect! Close to a supermarket, nice restaurants and the trams/busses. Within minutes you are in the middle of the center of Brno if you take the tram. She made sure we had a welcome present, free to use supplies such as tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, sugar, coffee and some drinks etc and she made sure we had bathroom supplies such as big bottles of shower gel and stuff! Even the small things like cotton pads were there and free to use. Lenka takes such good care of you and makes sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for a week and will definitely come back to this apartment if we ever visit Brno again!

Although there is air conditioning, it does not cope when it is very hot outside.

Lenka is a very nice person and she helped us more then we expected. Her recommendations were very helpful. The apartment is large, very clean and spacious. One bedroom doesn't have windows, but for us it is not an issue. The furniture and equipment of the apartment was of high quality and beautiful. We received a welcome gift and appreciated the nice gesture. The beds are comfortable. Nearby is a fantastic brewery with good food and beer.

Honestly everything was perfect :-) The location, the atmosphere, the infrastructure around the building. Everything was to walking distance (pub, resturant, shop, pharmacy, public transport main square, old town. The apartment was amazing, well-equipped, the distribution of the rooms was perfectly matching our expectations. The lady (maybe the owner, I'm not sure) who we met to get the keys, was very friendly, kind, helpful, we were almost in real-time contact via WhatsApp.

Nobless apartment has exceeded our expectations! I was in Brno with my friends for three days and we had a great time there. Apartment is on the great location, close to city center, very clean and new. And last but not least, Lenka was a great host, very helpful and kind.

Lenka is a wonderful host! Apartment is fully equipped with everything needed: kitchen with pots, plates, oven, fridge/freezer all crockery and cutlery... free coffee and decaf, olive oil, tea filters, salt, etc.. Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. New smart TV was bought since our visit last year. Slippers were provided. Fully stocked bathroom. As welcome package we received a huge bar of Milka choc, red wine and chips :) Lenka is very responsive but also proactive in communication, highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need! Smart TV and 11 minute walk to Reprofit clinic if that’s why you are looking to go to Brno. The host was amazing and very responsive. Tram stop 4 mins away with 3 different short tram rides to the city centre. Book this apartment, you will t regret it.

An amazing apartment at a great location. It is suitable for families and has all the necessary equipment to cook inside if you wish. The apartment owner was extremely polite and provided extra equipment and toys for our children. I would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment and book it again the next time I visit Brno.

The only downside is the noise of the traffic first thing in the morning but not really noticeable with the windows shut. I can’t fault the place!

We came to Brno for medical treatment so location was important. This apartment was just down the road to the clinic and a very short walk to the bus and tram stops to pop up the hill to the main town. It had everything you needed, including a comfy bed and clean facilities. Lenka was brilliant and so helpful - always happy to answer any questions or come to the apartment if we needed anything. It is in a block but there is a garden you can sit in if you didn’t want to venture out for the day but needed some fresh air. The supermarket is just around the corner too.

Soundproofing is not good towards the street. Limited range of TV channels if you dont speak CZ.

Lenka was a great host, not only met us in person (what is rare nowadays) and provided welcome pack but also followed up via text during our stay to ensure all is fine. We stayed 8 days, overall well equipped apartment, comfy beds, great quality wifi, kitchen with all basic appliances and equipped even for longer stay. Spacious bathroom w WC. Overall great value for money, would stay again.
