For a bigger car such as RAM the parking space is rather smaller but regular cars fit in well.

The area is a very quiet residential one, ease to get in the city by public transport. The host Lenka is very kind and helpful. We were felling warmly welcomed. The apartment is very comfortable, all you need is there. Even the welcome dring and a snack, very pleasant. Coffee, tea, spices, salt is available. Matraces are soft and comfy.

Great location in a quite neighborhood next to Holedna Refuge, ideal for walks. Lovely apartment with a balcony facing the garden with a nice view, Very clean, cozy and quite, equipped with everything necessary and beyond. Lenka, our hostess, was super friendly, helpful and constantly available to us. Our Beagle Elza felt welcome and even got a treat, clean bowls and a comfortable bed ready for her. It was cute. All in all, we loved our stay.

The appartment was just perfect. Lenka is a great and charming host. She informed us excellent, direct contact through sms and WhatsApp and she was waiting for us at the location. Super friendly and kind hostess, flexible and accommodating. High end quality apartment in Brno's suburbs, quiet residential location near local woodland but only 15 mins drive to the centre when no traffic. This was my 2nd visit since last summer and whilst very short it's definitely my preferred option when traveling to / through Brno.

The apartment is situated nearby Brno City centre in a suburban area. Took less than 15 minutes to go the city centre by car. We first stayed in smaller apartment and after we got the chance to move to bigger apartment with nice terras and very spacious bathroom. Both apartments amenities are fully equipped. This Including the media entertainment. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. The owner Mrs.Lenka was very friendly and attentive during our stay at Brno. Up till we left the apartment. We had great time staying here and definitely would recommend to others.

The apartment was gorgeous, located in a quiet street, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed (and more). The host was super nice, friendly, accommodating, attentive but also respectful of our privacy. We'd definitely love to come back some day!

The only fault I can think of is that the bed was on a soft side, but it might be just us, because we like to sleep on hard bed.

Fantastic place with a super friendly host. Nothing was a problem, any queries and requests were met instantly. The property is located in a quiet area of Brno right next to the large deer enclosure. The Uber from city centre is only 200 CZK. I especially appreciated a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast or evening glass of wine. We had absolutely everything we needed for 6 nights and I would come back anytime.

The host is the best, Lenka can solve any question that arises. The apartment is not only pleasant, but also well equipped and everything works well. The silence at the edge of the forest is very relaxing, the accommodation is a good starting point for hiking, but the city is also close. Even by bike! We can imagine coming back with our kids.

Nothing to mention

We stayed in the big apartment with a terrace, it’s very nice, clean, and spacious place. Also bathroom is huge, with a modern shower but also a bathtub. The apartment was very carefully prepared for our arrival, everything was clean and well maintained. Ms Lenka is very attentive and polite host, always available for guests. The area is very green, it feels like being in a village, while you are a few minutes drive from the centre of Brno. Bed is huge and comfortable, little bit soft mattress, but it‘s just a matter of personal preference. There is also a memory foam mattress, so you can decide what is better for you. Apartment has a functional, well equipped kitchen corner, with everything you need for cooking. We are travelling a lot so we use to bring some basic kitchen stuff with us, but in this apartment is not needed, it’s like to use your friend’s’ kitchen. And what made us smile was a warm welcome, when Ms Lenka welcomed us with two pairs of single use slippers, bottle of wine and some sweets placed on the kitchen table. Not to forget- there is enough parking space for each apartment, right in front of the building. I definitely recommend this apartment!

I enjoyed my stay here very much! The owner was very helpful, willing, and a kind person. She welcomed me in person, described how everything in the apartment worked and during the whole stay she encouraged me to let her know if I needed something and she responded quickly. I could tell that she genuinely cared about the guests and providing the best service possible. The apartment itself was very well designed, with a luxury feel, clean and comfortable. I also liked the location, as it was close to nature but also reachable by public transport. I also loved the south-facing terrace. I would definitely stay here again and I wholeheartedly recommend this accomodation.

Our family liked the place a lot. Lenka explained everything very clearly and provided all the necessary information. everything you need was in the apartment. I liked the place where the apartment is situated - big forest area for a walking (as we were with a dog it was very important for us) and quiet residental district with private houses. The nearest supermarket about 10 minutes by car and simple grocery store is about 10 minutes on feet.

We travel a lot and often work from the booked hotels/places - this was one of the best accommodations we had in a long time, it is perfect for longer stay: a great host, a very good internet, and overall a very comfortable studio - big enough, with full equipement, and very clean => it was truly a home for us for this week. We enjoyed walking in nearby forrest, and we enjoyed having Lenka as our helpful host. We would definetly come back when next time we need to be in Brno. Thank you for the exceptional hospitalty!
