Nothing specific. Only point is that the jacuzzi was not available and we were not informed at any moment.

Comfortable room, big enough for 3 people, good breakfast, nice pool, ok gym. The hotel is well located and has a metro station and a tram stop very close to it, which made it easy to go everywhere. Novotel standards. Overall pretty good for the price.

The kids corner is quite “used” and could had been updated for older kids from 5+. I also think a small extra plus would had been a kid gift when check in. Small details makes a lot of difference. Would had been nice to have the jacuzzi in use. Water in pool a bit chilly but the children enjoyed it.

Hotel had a very good value and good for kids. It’s well located and the swimming pool was almost always empty. My daughters found it perfect and part of the best of the stay in Prague. We only had breakfast one day at the hotel- we thought the nice coffee places around had better offers.

they have ads over all saying, come to our bar to watch World Cup, but they never show a single football match, and when I asked at the bar I’ve been told we don’t have that on the program they show only skiing tournament

The interior needs a bit modernization… the rooms and Swimmingpool.. I was expecting something better from 4* hotel.

The choice in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was very limited. One day we couldn't get lunch as there was a small conference group with abvout 20-25 people eacting in the restaurant. The indoor swimming pool had on several occasions too low a temperature and people were shivering.

The room was nice and the bed convenient. Also the shower was convenient. Everything was clean and the hotel is on a central location. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of different kinds of food and was good.

A rude staff member at the breakfast. But may be she had a rough morning :0 The sofa-cum wasn't the most comfortable for my daughter. It did a lot of chu-chu :)

dirty walls in the rooms. dirty swimming pool. girl at reception blocked the amount and instead of processing transaction I had to pay another amount. when I asked when I will get my money back said - don’t know, probably few days. that’s how you easily have your money blocked for days because someone does not trust you… why do you even take any “guarantee” if I pay fo the property upfront… even 5 stars don’t do it. start trusting people.
