The only thing that we didn't like was that the check out was a bit early for us at 10:30am, but we knew this when we booked the room, just that the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 10:25, and was not very pleased when we tried to explain that we had arranged with the receptionist that we would check out at 11 am. Because we arrived at the hotel at 3 am in the morning..

We loved everything about the hotel, the room was very luxurious, the bed was one of the most comfortable we had slept on. Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary water and also a glass of prosecco when checking in, toiletries from Rituals. Everything was of a high standard. Breakfast was super nice, a lot to choose from. Also it was a big plus for us that pets are welcome and the parking is free and secured.

Everything was wonderful. but only thing that I really unpleasant was the dinner in the restaurant. the food really bad and served what I didn't order. I ordered non alcoholic beer but he served fruity beer. Until I asked he didn't fix it. it was really bad the hotel restaurant food and service.

The view of hotel was fantastic. what I like the most was that there was good coffee in the room. and the room was very clean. I definitely would like to go back to the hotel. but i don't feel like go back to the hotel again because the food in restaurant was really bad and service was so bad. The breakfast was good. There is no restaurant near Hotel.

1 ) Location - next to warehouses and factory. 2) Access roads are quite damaged.

1) Breakfast - just perfect, wide selection (even protein shakes), good service. 2) Interior design is very stylish 3) Bed - extremely comfortable. 4) Good sound isolation 5) Huge parking

We got room 201 close to the gym. And starting from 5.45 am it was really hard to sleep there because people lift heavy staff and generate noise through the wall. Also, the shower had no walls, so the whole bathroom was getting flooded with water, which is very inconvenient.

Great interior, both quality and look. Nice welcoming with a glass of champagne.

This hotel is adjacent to the factory. The location is awful. When we arrived around 9pm, we wondered if it was a mistake... In fact, the view on one side is ok, but the terrace overlooking the roof of the factory is a bad joke. Overall, 4 stars is not true in my opinion. The finish also leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast was poor to say the least. The bathroom was partly in the bedroom (sink) I definitely do not recommend.

Hard to find without a detailed navigation, no visible signs leading to the place. I have booked the rooms in Euro, but at the place they were not accepting Euro - I have lost about 30 Euro in currency exchange from CZK to PLN. Additionally, although we have clearly informed at the entrance to the restaurant, that we are hotel guests, we have not received the 10% discount. The staff was not seeking any solution to make up for the small mistakes, you just hear "I cannot, not possible etc.".

Comfortable rooms, well designed and equipped. Quite a good restaurant with a polite staff, well educated, but "missing the eye on important details" (f.e. lack of table coverings, cutlery etc.).

Room was very small for two people and a baby, it was a single room and was not worth the price.

The gym is absolutely amazing and the restaurant very good !
