The mailbox pin doesn't work to get the key and open the house, really frustrated and it took 10 to 20 mins to find the key.

The surroundings. Beggars... At least one of the beds was broken, fell through with the mattress when I sat on it. Hot water is limited, from a boiler obviously, which is weird since the town has centrally heated tap water. The heating was off the first night, the owner forgot to turn it on and I arrived late and didn't want to ask about it in the middle of the night. Turned on as soon as I mentioned in the morning.

The price was great. Check-in was without human interaction, picking up keys from a locker next to the room, so arriving late was no problem. It's close to the train station.

The description and photos are quite misleading. It should be more clear that this is a very basic accomodation facility. Not much is done in terms of comfort and pleasure of stay. For example no hangers in the closet, unpleasant lighting, smell of chlorine and perfumed cleaning agents. In my apartment also constant audible buzz noise (did not investigate the cause).

The apartments are clean well heated, and provide all civilised basic needs for overnight stay. Towels, hot water, blankets and sheets. Good access from train station. Very good value for money.

the offer does not align with the realities I encountered upon arrival. Firstly, apart from the sanitary conditions and pervasive dirtiness (including hair in the refrigerator and on the kitchen stove, rendering it unusable), along with the smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment designated for five people, only three sets of bedding were provided, which made it impossible to use the accommodation from the outset. Secondly, the "apartment" photos on the booking platform significantly differ from reality. The apartment appears worn and weathered, and furthermore, the equipment presented in the offer is completely different from what I saw during the 15 minutes I spent there. The kitchen chairs in the photos were replaced with school chairs, chipboard was used instead of bed frames, the toilet seat was broken, and the beautiful floor shown in the pictures was torn and dirty. The view from the window in the listing did not even remotely resemble the nearby surroundings, which seemed to be so unsafe that leaving the car in the parking lot by the apartment was anxiety-inducing.

Completely nothing. It was different than object on photos. Horrible there is impossible to sleep safe at place like this. Don’t go there lack of contact and big problem  with my money back.  When we saw this dirty place, we actually went out from place.

The neighborhood is like horror movie. Drunk guys with no shirts walking around and yelling. There was some kind mistake with booking. When we arrived there then was someone already our apartment. Tried to reach the owner multiple times but he didnt answer his phone. Dont recommand.

This apartament was very dirty and stinky. Plates not washed. Pans and pots old and destroyed. Mouldy walls. Holes in the floor. Only 3 chairs for 5 people. Big noizy. Dangerous neighborhoods. NEVER AGAIN!

The apartments did not look like advertised at all, pictures absolutely misleading ! There was not enough bed sheets for 5 people, no toilet paper, dirty rooms and really noisy , was not possible to sleep! We were staying with children and do not think these apartments should be advertised for families at all! Dirty, scary, horrifying and location was terrible, noisy and far from what was expected!! Would never recommend or come back again!!

I’d suggest to recheck the flooring because we found some nails sticking out. Probably requires some extra attention and minors could be fixed easily.

Apartment was not like in the pictures, also had a smell of cigarettes. Part of the furnitures were replaced with worse ones, for example in the kitchen - school chairs. Bed linen had a strange smell, the toilet seat was broken , dirty. EVERY ROOM IN APARTMENT WAS DIRTY.

When I arrived, first that I noticed was only one single bed prepared, even though I specifically said I am coming with my child. Pictures on the website were nothig like the reality- walls peeling off, no curtains, lamps, stale stench, no pictures on the walls, but what struck me the most was disgusting filthy and uneven bed matraces in the other room (as if someone walked over in their shoes), in which I was to sleep with my child. They couldn't offer me something else, so I left to some other accommodation. They agreed on a full refund, with the SMS correspondence proving it. Misleading of course, as I learned now, after a month, that they are not willing to refund me..

Atention! The apartment is terrible!!! The photos of the apartment do not correspond to reality. The apartment is dirty, smells of cigarettes, there should have been a bath, but there was a shower without a curtain. The owner does not pick up the phone. When making the reservation, it was stated that we did not arrive so that we could not write a review.

Staff was not available. We could not enter apartments’ building, even if we followed instructions and entered proper code. Then it got unblocked somehow, so we went to the apartment and again it was not easy to open safe to get out the key. And the reception was not working nor they answering the calls. The neighbour helped us, as this little safe required either to use strength or a lubricant to make it work easier. The apartment itself was equipped in a very basic way, even 2 beds were different in one room, matraces not comfortable at all. I did not receive an invoice even if I asked for it. Kitchen as well only with kettle and sink even if it was big. neither microwave nor stove to heat anything.

No extra blankets. No way to turn on the heating, that exists only to tempt you. No reply from staff, that only exists in theory I'd say, its all been automated messages. But come on, would it kill you to add an extra blanket. In the end had to skip shower and sleep in my sweater. Also there is a busted roof window, begging for someone to come in.

It was spacious, at a reasonable price. Also it was...well... I'd say clean, but thats just because there wasn't much things to clean. Honestly it was so empty I thought its was robbed/impounded/and then looted for parts.
