apartment had no heating, turns out the battery in the control-system was out. Went we pointed this out the came and fixed it within 1 hour. After that the apartment was at a great temperature

Apartment is right next to old town square. View from windows are stunning. The best part of the stay is , it is in walkable distance to all famous monuments.

There was no mention of apartment not having air conditioner. In absence of A/C, two pedestal fans would have made so much of difference. But there was no fan except one dying table fan that could not reach bed. So despite opening windows, it was hot and sleep was improper due to poor ventilation and no fan or air conditioner

Where do you start… You need to get the keys off site so it’s a 10 min walk that turned into a 30 min walk with the lack of local knowledge. If you are travelling with luggage 🙄 be prepared for an interesting adventure up the stairs or in the questionable lift. A The apartment doesn’t feel clean, with the ridiculously oversized dark furniture it feels cramped and extremely dated. What is a huge apartment is let down by the hideous layout. The stairs were being painted so we had to navigate dangerous tripping hazards on every step. In the height of summer it’s stuffy and hot and with the fumes from the painted stairs it was unliveable. Complaints made when unanswered and the young staff didn’t have a clue about customer service. This apartment was not worth the hassle. It dimmed our view of what is a beautiful city.

The location is everything, other than that… We would never stay here again.

Just wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was amazing!

AMAZING location! Our apartment opened out onto the main square just steps from St. Nicholas' church. The views were unparalleled! This was our first time visiting Prague and this apartment was one of the highlights of our stay. We will most definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and spacious. Exceptional customer service! We had a problem our first night - we couldn't open the windows (it was merely user error, we just didn't pull hard enough). I called reception and they sent someone over right away to help us out - and it was around midnight!

We enjoyed the amazing location of the apartment as it was right in the center of where everything happens. The apartment was big and included all the facilities we needed to have a great experience as a family of 4 in Prague. We would certainly choose the same location if we were to visit Prague again.

The stereo speakers where not working for some reason and had extra remote (Amazon tv) to items not in room. just a little confusing why leave items in room if not functional. TV and TV reamortization would have been just fine.

The only draw back, but something you have to accept when staying so central, is the noise of bells and a busy square. This was not such an issue for us, as after the first night you get used to it.

Apartment was large, clean, well serviced and excellently located. Beds were comfortable and large. Good TV, with netflix and other channels. The owners had also considerately considered all the little things i.e. providing dish washer tablets and washing up liquid. Good sized fridge was available, with lots of cooking utensils. Quiet neighbours.

Internet didn’t work properly Tv signal was very bad- I couldn’t watch the world cup game The flat was freezing- we couldn’t sleep the whole night The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable- we all have back pain We expected to stay in another flat which is exactly at old town square but instead your colleagues sent us to another flat. I contacted with your colleagues many times about this subject and didn’t receive any feedback.

What was disappointing is the apartment has a silverfish problem that needs treatment by a insect treatment, one other thing that could be improved is the bed linen is very poor quality and the pillows are awful and there isn’t enough towels. 2 bath towels in total! No hand towels at all and only 1 tea towel We expected better due to the cost. The location is superb.
