very limited options for restaurants/ grocery store the neighborhood is not very friendly to walking your dog either, as pretty much every house has a dog, some of them not very well fenced-in

-the host was great. Very easy to reach and always friendly -knowing the limited number of facilities nearby the host has stocked grocery basic needs (some snacks, water etc.) that you can purchase at a fair price. And also accepts euro for payment -beds were very conformable -very good value for money -the room was very spacious

Train-treck right at the house. But train doesn‘t pass too often. If you don‘t mind, then it is a perfect cozy place.

Parking right upfront. Host expecting me with key. Very friendly! Fast check in. Nice room, small kitchen with all needed! Spacious bathroom. Hot water and warm heaters! Fast wifi - all I needed! Would come back!

Very cozy and sooo comfortable. The decorations made us feel at home, everything smelled so nice and clean. Great for families with children. We were able to bring our dogs so we are extra impressed.

the only unusual thing was our bathroom was actually outside our apartment which wasn't a problem for us but might be for others

beautiful apartment, parking just outside the building, very quiet except for the occasional train which we didn't hear during the night. When we arrived we rang the bell and was greeted by the host shown around and given the keys which we dropped in a key box the next morning when we left. Would certainly stay again if we are in the area

The hot water was not sufficient for three persons taking (reasonably short) showers and doing dishes within four hours. At first we concluded that the water heater was not functioning properly but the next morning there was hot water again.

Nice and clean apartment, quite newly renovated. Spacious rooms and a nice kitchen and bathroom (no oven). Free parking right outside the building. There is also a nice yard with sofas and a grill.

We were skeptical about the fact that the bathroom is outside of the apartment, but while this can be a bit less practical it wasn't really a problem for us: it is just a few steps through a private corridor (only passing by the entrance door and the door to another apartment), but it is indeed private for this apartment only. It was also spacious and very clean (even cleaned in between during our stay of two nights). A couple of suggestions to improve some details: a ventilation system in the bathroom would be good, as well as black-out curtains (as the place gets a lot of light -even with the blinds that are there-, which is great other than early in the morning if you want to sleep a bit longer :) )

Everything was very good and even better than expected! The apartment was nice and comfortable and the location, although not central, had the advantage of being easy to find and having a parking lot directly in front of the house. The noise of the trains passing by next to the place wasn't a problem for us at all. The host was friendly, flexible and very responsive. All in all, we had a very good experience and can definitely recommend it!

The host was very friendly, the key handover was simple - all as agreed in advance via booking.com messenger. The room was big enough, very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is spacious. For light sleepers the close train track may be a bit disturbing but I slept well. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.

We were driving very late and it was a bit difficult for us to find the apartments, the first time we passed by and we had to go back.

Navigating to the property is a bit counterintuitive, as you have to drive a bit uphill and then sharp right. But the building is easy to find visually once you’re in the area, thanks to its unique yellow exterior paint. For people easily disturbed by noise, there’s a railroad in the close vicinity of the building, and trains are passing by also during the night. Another thing, but not a big deal, there’s no video surveillance in the parking lot in front of the building, but the area appears safe nevertheless, also based on the hosts’ promise. Cleaning wise, there were a few spider webs here and there, and the radiator’s horizontal bars in the bathroom were a bit dusty, but otherwise cleanliness is close to perfect.

Very good value for the price. Pretty clean place and friendly staff, and the added bonus of a kitchenette made my stay there a pleasant experience. It’s not 100% perfect, but for the rather small amount of money you’re paying, you get a great value in return. There are absolutely no serious reasons for me not to book again at the property. In other words, I will definitely return there.
