Dinner ends a little early so we had to rush a bit. It could be extended. Check-in is at 3 PM that could also be a bit earlier.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel was new and clean. In the room there were enough towels for everything. Spa facilities were quite nice especially the pool area was really beautiful. Breakfast also had a lot of options. It was really an enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a indoor parking spot but unfortunately the space is not very well dimensioned. Too less space for a medium car.

The Hotel was absolutely clean and the access to SPA included is a wonderful addition. To mention also the beautiful breakfast served at the 2 restaurants available in the hotel. Absolutely fantastic service and atmosphere. Completely suggested a visit.

Everything was fine.

I booked this hotel for my family, who were visiting, so this is based on what they told me. The hotel was comfortable, very central in Marianske Lazne, but quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, and with a wide choice of food. The price was reasonable, quite high for the Czech Republic, but relatively low for visitors from western Europe. There is a good swimming pool and various procedures are available as well. My family didn't use these, but another friend who stayed there did and was very complimentary.

The air con didn't work, the TV reception was sketchy and the road is super noisy. They are allowing large cars to stay with engine running outside the hotel so mum couldn't sleep since 5.30am every morning.

Lovely hotel, staff is super friendly. They have a lovely pool and spa facilities. It's a great location, easy to access everything.

The pool is not really siutable for swimming due to its size and the dinner in the hotel is quite pricy for what you get in return. Additionally there are quite some possibilities for breakfast and dinner in close proximity.

The rooms were quite big and the breakfast was really good. The Sauna was really hot and sufficiantly spacious. The beds were great and we slept really well.

Little value for money. I wanted to stay at this hotel to benefit from its spa facilities. However, they didn't tell me that I should make reservations for massage or other procedures way in advance. The swimming pool is small (10 people and it's already crowded), the sauna also (you had to stay in line). The welcome drink was a glass of the cheapest Prosecco from Lidl, the breakfast was of low quality. The parking costs additional 12EUR. I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

I really wanted to have a massage during our stay, but in spite of calling the hotel twice before making the reservation and once more before arrival, nobody answered the phone... so I was not able to pre-book a massage and of course none were still available when we finally checked in. Also, the hotel's restaurant schedule is quite limited and not explicit enough: for instance, they only serve dinner between 17.30 and 20.30, whereas the spa facilities are open until 21.00! We were not properly aware of this and wanted to enjoy the pool as long as possible, so when we finally went down to eat, surprise, their restaurant was closed. This being Marianske Lazne, of course most other restaurants in the area were also closed after 21, which made finding a proper dinner more difficult than expected...

Everything was excellent. They even prepare a personal welcoming note to your room writing your name and surname. What a nice gesture. The facilities, wellness area, sauna, breakfast, dinner, cocktails, and bar at the reception.... are all exceptional. The bed was comfortable and enormous. The bathroom was so clean. Wifi works perfectly. I just had a city escape and was highly satisfied. The pool area was sterilised and the sauna was as well. I am just sad that I could not book a massage because it was already fully booked. The price for dinner and cocktails at the bar are not pricy at all compared to Prague prices.

The swimming pool is too small and water is not warm for wellness, for swimming is ok, but there are too many people that you can not swimming, that’s why is cold.

The hotel teams are very friendly and helpful, clean ,warm. Especially in the reception the young man Jan was very helpful and friendly, he recommended good restaurants and all are perfect.
