Missing a towel for feed when you get out of the shower in the bathroom and also hangers for hand towels. Bad smell in the bathroom, stuck shower and sink, water stays in and goes down extremely slowly. Missing kettle and tea or coffee in the room, the fridge is freezing food.

I arrived by lunch time and my room was already prepared, so I could drop my stuff there. Good breakfast.

We were here a year ago, and the breakfast were perfect. This time the breakfast were placed not in the main restaurant but in a small room, not well equiped and there was not much to choose. We didnt like it at all.

Bottles with shampoo and soap were swapped (shampoo by the sink, and soap in the shower) and fixed so that the guest cannot change them on their own. It wasn't changed even the next day after cleaning. The hotel team should pay attention to such things.

The hotel has a somewhat retro style. However, at the same time, it is quite modern. The location is a little remote but easily accessible within 15-20 minutes by metro from the center. There is also a tram stop nearby. The room was cleaned regularly. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. It was included in our booking.

A bit tight for space in the room but generally all was good. The staff were very helpful.

Very good location close to a tram stop and underground. Not too far from the city centre to use a taxi too. Our room was a bit tiny and so was the bathroom but otherwise it was clean. Breakfast had a good choice. There’s a bar and a restaurant which we couldn’t use. They close relatively early though. However, the first evening after arriving late we were advised by the reception staff we could order food delivered so we did.

Noisy hall, obviously there was a complete kindergarten on the same floor as my room. The lifts are just crazy, stopping at all floors where somebody pressed the lift button even when going up. The hotel is not a four star at all.

Double rooms are small and not very well equipped. At the time of our stay it was full of teenagers-it looks that hotel has a contract to bring cheap tourists. As a result, of course, noise was a bit more. Not enough furniture in the lobby. Wifi is very, very weak for such big hotel.

When I visited, it was still rather warm outside, but the aircondition could not be turned on and the window could only be opened a small bit which made the climate in the room unpleasant... I once stayed here in the middle of the summer and then, the aircondition only managed to cool the room down to 27-28 degrees C

This is an old Interhotel from the communist times where travel groups from "friendly" countries used to be accomodated, but there has been renovation into a modern place. The breakfast buffet is good and there is lots of place for parking your car (or bus!). The hotel is - like in the old days - group-orientated which can mean lots of kids on school group tours in the elevators, but individual travellers will usually get rooms on other (higher) floors, so no problems there. The hotel's location is good, close to Invalidovna metro station where there is also a small supermarket, and you have a great view toward Vítkov hill and the city centre from the top floors.

Might be 4 star hotel in past but not anymore. Room television was old and did not turned ON at all, room mini bar was empty, no complimentary water bottles.

Room was big enough, comfortable bed, clean washroom without bathtub, quiet room, good breakfast. Good location easy to travel in the city, good paid parking space. 3 lifts to go up and down so did not have to face any long waiting times.
