My room was on the 18th floor, well served buy the many lifts. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Handy for Tram and Metro

I would give a 10 if it wasn’t that expensive. We booked very very late but still we paid 68€ each for a three person room.

We were allowed to check in 3 hours before the designated check in time and the staff was friendly! The breakfast was amazing while the hotel is next to a metro station!

Every thing is old and below the standard. Surprise that hotels has 4 stars; infacet below 2 stars. Food quality is bad, didnt finshed it and went to order pizza

Room too small, almost no accomdation, no drinking water coffe or tea. Breakfast cheap and low qualiuty. Location is reasnable. If the bar is closed there is no way to have a cup of tea or coffee and forget if you want to buy a choclate

We stayed in Olympik Artemis part of the hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor with beautiful view on the city! Room was also spacious with big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. It might be a far from the city center, but metro station is right next to it and it takes just 15min to get to all the nice sights of Prague!

AC was absolutely not working and it was extremely hot inside, making sleep quality extremely poor. Hotel declares it has AC on all rooms, yet even after trying 7 other rooms, it was the same in every room. The employee said himself the AC is not working in the hotel, yet AC is listed when you book hotel room. The room wasn't clean, there was hair and dirt visible on the floor.

Room was nice and spacious, breakfast was good. Thats pretty much all i can praise, because other things were terrible. I cannot recommend this hotel at all and i think it should stop selling rooms that don't match description

The room is too small for a 4 star hotel standards, was so tiny for two persons that was hard to find space for bags, moreover the room was without a coffee or tea machine, without a water welcome bottle, definitely in other countries like Germany a 3 star hotel would be far better!

Staff was nice and helpful

- Breakfast was too simple, coffee was not good. - Closed bar: We spent a night in this hotel after a concert where more people from the audience stayed too. It was a pity the hotel closed the bar before we have returned in the evening - more guests were ready to finish the nice evening in a hotel bar but it was closed. - the door on the room 104 did not work properly and we were supposed to go down to the reception to reset the card more times. We were told that this problem is known to the hotel - why they did not repair?

I received an email saying my request for early check-in was approved and there was no extra charge. Yet on arrival I was charged 20 euros despite showing the email. The room was tiny compared to other hotels in that £80 price range. No kettle in the room. The breakfast options could have been better.

The staff were attentive and the hotel appeared to be very clean. The bar was very nice and the chairs relaxing. The bed was surprisingly comfy. The trams are closer then I realised.

The room is quite during evening but in the morning you can hear cleaning ladies talking in front of the room very laud.

The Hotel is well located near metro station. The room was clean with a nice view on the city. The staff is nice and willing to help. The breakfast is diverse with different options, from fruit meal, to eggs...

Check in was unpleasant. Older gentleman and a young guy checked us in. Really wasnt listening guest and it was a unpleasant Check in situation and a experience. Asked for breakfast take away. They said it’s too late to ask for that. Told the guy we will be leaving at 4 am and we would like to go to sleep asap. Check in took nearly 30 mins , advising us breakfast times , when we already told the gentleman we will be leaving in the morning at 4 am. Overall not soo welcoming

The bathroom had a leaking on the ceiling. They didn't have a separate room to switch, but it was fixed within a couple of hours. After that the issue was resolved. The reception was overloaded and was quite slow, changing to electrical system to manage the bookings would improve this.

The breakfast included properly brewed coffee, which is nice.
