We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandThe hotel is located up on the hill (what gives a lovely view from the windows!). Unfortunatelly to get back to the hotel you can only walk (quite a challenge with the ski equipment!) or take a taxi. Woudl be nice to have a chance to take a hotel ski bus, for example fixed at certain hours form the center of the city (as it works in the morning).
Friendly atmosphere. Nice, modern, clean apartment with comfortabel beds and nice view from the windows. Nice SPA area with great saunas and jacuzzi. A great plus for private rooms for ski equipment with restricted access with your room card and an underground garage with a dedicated parking place.

Brand new fitted out hotel very convenient place for skiers. The family 2 room apartment is very comfortable, matraces are high quality and its very quiet there. One can store their stuff right behind the car parked in a spacy garage even for a big suv. The spa and jacuzzi is perfect and overall suits the family purpose. The Breakfast buffet was rich with everything you need also for smaller kids.

United KingdomMaybe due to covid the inside restaurant was closed and location of the hotel is a bit distant, so we had difficulties finding a place to eat on the weekend, ended up ordering take-away pizza
Undergroud garage was handy, since there was a lot of snow that weekend. We didn't get chance to visit spa area, but it's good to have the options. And in general, it's nice to stay in the newly renovated hotel- everything is new, clean and well equipped!
