Breakfast charge a little too expensive for what was offered. TV set up did not work, need to have instructions on how to operate normal TV and cable channels.

Definitely love this place. The room & toilet were very clean; the bed was very comfy and the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were just what we needed. The decorations were unique. The atmosphere was peaceful and very cosy. Very kind and friendly staff, especially Nafissa from Kazakhstan; she was super helpful not only during the sudden booking and check-in in the middle of the night but also throughout our stay. Definitely a great service from Nafissa. Very good location. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Prague in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same.

The view wasn't great. Minibar prices were high.

Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom looked amazing. Public transport was close by and frequent.

When I offered to pay for the minibar at checkout they didn’t accept credit cards at the moment, which made me feel weird as I had to ask my girlfriend for cash. The rooms have very small bottles of water which have to be opened with an opener, which was hard to find. It caused some discomfort and I’d prefer large bottles that could be opened by hand so we wouldn’t have to ask the concierge to bring us more water and lid opener so late at night.

Friendly staff. Good rooms and general design. Clean atmosphere. Location is very close to a nice promenade walk by the river with a great view. The staff were really trying to be helpful and offered complements. Good value for money.

The General Old Town Prague Hotel where I stayed won my heart. I absolutely loved my room, it was very spacious, clean and well equipped with an unreal Prague atmosphere. The staff was polite and kind. The hotel is located in the center of Prague, which was very important to me. I liked the breakfast, everything was tasty and at the highest level, there was a variety of dishes, which pleasantly surprised me. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely return to it again.

Not right in the middle of the tourist area which probably made it quieter , so we walked a bit more but that was fine.

I am going to Prague not the first time but for the first time I was in hotel General and I want to say that it was perfect experience. I would like to tell that the staff was really nice, pleasant, I had some problems with my internet, and the guy on reception helped me without any problems. The atmosphere as well very cool, you can feel in one time old Prague style and coziness, cool breakfast with good variety of food. The room was pretty nice, all clean and very comfortable. For sure I will come back and I can recommen the hotel for 100%

Nothing to say didn't like. This establishment is 12 out 10 for customer service

Kirill and his Natalia went over and beyond. We were given wine & a beer on arrival. Kirill took us to train station to confirm tickets for our departure . He helped us with getting urber/ bolt set up on our phone to ensure safe returns, and even drove us to restaurant because we would get lost. The very elegant dinning room for breakfast was nothing more than superb. We cannot wait to back to Prague just to stay and dine at this restaurant

Nothing, all was good

The hotel I recently stayed in exceeded my expectations on all levels. The rooms were tastefully furnished, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to assist with any request. The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and serene, contributing to a relaxing stay. An outstanding aspect was also the rich breakfast with quality dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for excellent service, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere.
