You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very comfortable beds (harder mattress). Very good breakfast (a great variety of pickled food). Exceptionaly friedly receptionist. Great location, surrounded by the forest from three sides.

Czech RepublicThe house-keeping personnel has forgotten to serve a set of fresh towels. When cleaning the room, they have removed the used ones and, I guess, they have forgotten to replace those removed with the new ones. The room did not have any towels when I arrived.... Since I had been travelling with my car, it was not a problem for me (as I routinely carry a spare set of bed linen and towels in my car).
I like the personnel of the property. Due to the traffic conditions I have arrived a lot later than expected (after midnight), yet the lobby's manager was waiting for me. The location of the property is a bit far away from the centre of the city, yet it is convenient to those who intend to visit the mineral water springs. These springs are just around the corner. The breakfast was good, a lot of healthy style meals served. The lady in charge of the Breakfast hall makes all customers feel home. What a charming lady!

Czech RepublicWe love the size of the hotel, location, cleanliness, friendliness, professional staff, quality of food and free parking. Really short walk to centre. Highly recommended 👍 Bonus was a balcony where you can relax with glass of wine or a book. We've travelled with our children age 5 and 8. They loved the pond and surrounding 💞FOREST and the horse 🐎 carriage just 3 minutes walk away. Great attraction are cable car lift and miniature park Boheminium and of course the Singing Fountain was magnificent at night.

NetherlandsFor a four star hotel I would expect a higher quality of soaps and shampoos, not the kind of cheapest discount in a plastic bottle. Breakfast buffet is likewise a little remote from a 4* expectation. But the most disturbing element is an extremely poor internal sound proofing. In the room you literally hear everything what is going in the hallway as well as in all neighbouring rooms.
Nice quiet location just a few steps from the colonnade. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Germanyvery inattentive and partly unfriendly staff. Had to wait 15 minutes just for someone to check us in. Staff at breakfast was quite unfriendly. this is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. the breakfast is worse than in many hostels and we had to share our table with someone else (despite Covid-19 and the necessity for social distancing). The furniture in our room must have been from the 1990s if not earlier and the mini bar only contained 2 bottles of water.
