There were no towels to step out onto when you got out of the shower.

There was no one at the check-in desk when arrived. Needed to call to contact number , luckily the keys have been left at the desk in advance, English was kindly in use

Cute, warm (February), clean room and all premises. Worth all pennies. Excellent transportation in hand, cheap and good enough local restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend for a couple of days and not a wide budget

Some of the rooms has not been renovated yet. Room I stayed in would use some upgrade to get better overall feeling. Based on pictures of rooms I was planning to spend some time during the day in room and work from there, but did not feel comfortable so I rather went to work somewhere else.

very quick check-in and room access, helpful staff. Although I had booking just with shared bathroom I was offered room with ensuite bathroom instead. Very convenient location to metro and tram stop.

Receptionist wasn't sure about the price for breakfast in CZK (only in Eur) and asked me to pay 50 CZK more at first. When I reacted with a doubt , because of the very bad exchange rate, he luckily remembered the other price. Be aware.

Great breakfast, much better than the pictures show. I was really surprised. Room was clean, WiFi worked well. Outside of the room, the shared space was not very cozy and it was very noisy at night, because of other guests not caring. But all together a good value for the money (budget).

The receptionist was very generous, and they were all fully prepared: we could check-in early, and they let us leave our luggage at the place for storage for a couple of hours after checkout.

The room was quite noisy, I could handle it, but maybe for some people it can be bothering.

The staff was very nice, and let us leave our bags there before check-in and after check-out. Our room was suprisingly modern and well equiped, clean and cozy. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. The city centre is accessible with many options, withing 15-20 minutes (even in late night).

I think some guests still may smoke somewhere where they shouldn´t, yet this is not the fault of the pension.

A great stay for the Sunday´s lowered price. For that and for the location, it is a great value.

Check out could be more comfortable if it’s at 11am instead of 10am

Arguably the best value for the money we think we could have found in Prague and super easy to access by metro, bus or trolley. Totally recommended if you don’t mind staying four metro stops outside the city old center. Very helpful staff and very convenient devices as a little fridge inside the room or the shared microwave. Besides the rooms are modernly refurbished so everything goes as comfortable as in a hotel.

I've stayed in Akát before and it was just as good as I remember. I especially like the friendly staff and the very clean and nice room given the fair price. It's a big plus that the hotel is so close to Praha Smíchov train station. If I need to go through there in the future, I'll definitely want to stay at Akát again.

The only minus is lack of air conditioning in the room, but we were there in October and it didn't mind.

Accommodation was much better than I expected, considering the price. The room was spacious enough. Everything inside the room was new and clean. It is in an interesting part of Prague, surrounded with charming restaurants, although pension also have his own restaurant that offer good value for the money. Special plus is parking, which is very near and at very good price. I hope we will come again!

We asked for one double bad, and received one, but these beds were fastened together so they where moving from each other a lot, as they also have some wheels

Location is quite good: buses, metro, trams and trains are 100m away, at the same time, there was almost no sound of transport not letting us sleep well, besides backyard, with parking and McDonalds (loud noices few times)

This is not a fault of the establishment, but directly behind our room was a sparkling lot and car wash station. So at night a lot of people were talking, or even screaming. But I fell asleep and slept through the night.

The people working at the pension were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was provided in the restaurant and was pretty tasty. For shorter stays, the pension is absolutely sufficient. The guy at the reception was also very nice.

There is no lift so if you have heavy suitcases or can't climb stairs well then it could be a struggle.

Cute litte private room in a hostel. We booked a private room which was great. It was straight across the road from the train station and metro which was really handy. There is a corner shop just 2 minutes walk down the road tooo. The hostel is on top of a restaurant/pub which made evening meals convenient and the food was really nice and cheap too! The owner and staff are friendly and funny too. The room has everything we needed including a fridge. There was a ceiling fan which kept us cool in the hot weather too. Great stay for the value too and there is a mcdonalds behind it also.

Vicinity of McDonald and gas station create noise from outside, not nice when is very hot outside and You wanna cool down your room (no air-conditioning).

Shared bathroom was not so clean. Location is not close to city center.
