do not book here if you’re over 25….walls way too thin, heard everything, including my windows (that I needed open due to the heat) open to the courtyard/smoking/talking area.

If you want to park on premises the parking spaces and especially driveway are very small, still possible if your car is not too big though and the staff will help guide you. The beds could be a bit more comfortable but they are good value for what you pay and definitely still comfy enough to spend a few nights on. All in all nothing to complain about

The staff/reception was exceptional, he helped us park and was very accommodating and patient. There were plenty of flyers and pamphlets for things to do in the city at the front desk. The room was clean even though we booked that same day and the place itself was relatively easy to locate. The location was amazing, and value for money spent is perfect.

Parking was very difficult. Entry and exit to parking was very small and caused damage to one of our vehicles. Rooms did not match pictures or descriptions. Was very much a hostel than anything else. Thought room very overpriced for a hostel and did not think the rooms matched descriptions.

A little bit noisy, but not too much.

It was clean, close to the old town and metro and had everything you need! Additionally, you can add breakfast etc.

Very good quality for this price. We had a double room with private bathroom and TV. We received towels and had cleaning service for a wish. All object was very clean. The owner is very kind and there was no problem to contact with him before and during a staying. The place is located around 15 min on foot to the old city center.

I understood sometimes kind of difficult to be calm and quite during Christmas and New year’s holiday 😂 But the reception desk will help you to resolve the problem of noisy from other rooms.

The price is reasonable because the position close to many tourist spots. I even do not need to buy tram tickets. It offers a simple but clean room included private bath to me (it’s quite important during COVID times), that was what I really need.

No heating in the room. I was given extra bedding but the room was very cold and stuffy. I had to open the windows I was told to leave the keys but after leaving the building, the outside gate was shut. I had to ask a guest to come out and open the gate as no reception staff was available. I was stuck between the gate and the building.

The behavior of the person who attended us.

When we reached in check there was construction work on the motor way due to which the speed limit was very slow and we reached late there the person at the reception charged us 50 euros that was really bad we don’t have any place at That time for living and we have already informed him that due to the construction we will reach late first he sent us email that if we will reach at 12 he will charge 35 euro but we was late so he charged us 50 euros

I know the rule for check in time and check out ....but 2 receptionist men were soooo strict for time ...... 2_ Room open everyday without permission, only change plastic waste basket....

Room was very dirty, a lot of dust and dirt under the bed (I forgot to take a picture) and behind the night stand (picture below), spider in the corner, and when we first entered the room it had very weird smell. We could hear noise from reception (room was located directly behind the reception). Door could not be closed without locking. First morning cleaning lady entered the room while we were still inside sleeping (she unlocked the door from the outside while our key was in the lock from the inside). Another morning people left their luggage in front of our door and they were making lots of noise (I guess host allowed them to leave the luggage before check-in, but why in front of our room). Upon arrival we were asked for Covid tests, and since we didn't do it (I had proof to have antibodies, but he said it is not sufficient), we were offered to pay for tests to the host (approximately 6 euros for one, if I remember correctly), since he has them (he said it is obligation to get tested by law in Czech Republic). Since we didn't have much options, we accepted it, but host had only one, so he said one of us do the test now, and another buys test in pharmacy in the morning, and bring it. Next morning no one asked us about test anymore. And last but not least, when lights were on in the room during the evening, everything in the room was visible from the outside, even with the curtains on (in front there is private car park and driveway for this hostel and another one, room was located bit lower than usual ground floor).

The only thing I actually liked in the accommodation was the location, because it is very well located. We needed approximately 15 minutes to reach the old town by foot.
