If there was something I could nitpick about, it would be noise - hotel is next to a busy street and windows (renovated originals I think?), although double, do not isolate it well.

All was great: beautiful and spatious room, superb location and delicious breakfast. Staff was really welcoming and spoke perfect English, so communications were not a problem at all.

Our stay at Pension Royal in the heart of the old town exceeded all expectations. Right from our arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly, instantly making us feel at home. Apartment is located in noisy environment. Nearby is tram station and in the evening strange people were gathering.

Everything, staff was very nice, breakfast delicious and rooms were huge with historical accent.

My recent stay at this charming pension was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a cozy corner, it offered a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The highlight, however, was the exceptionally professional and courteous service provided by the receptionist (manager?). Surprisingly young, his professionalism and mature communication skills had me assuming I’d be greeted by someone in their middle age. This unexpected twist added a delightful layer to my experience, hinting at a (asumable) family-run passion that resonates throughout the establishment. Highly recommended for those seeking a blend of professional service and homey comfort.

There is always something to improve - but it is just tiny things - it would be very nice to have a bathtub that will fit the look of the interiors instead of a shower. The other thing was - there was no TV or even a radio in the room - which was not a huge problem (you can get a tablet from the reception), but it would be nice to have it and a mini-fridge (for amazing wine that you can get from the reception)

It was just amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful—the feel of the old building, the quality of the food, very nice personal. There is almost nothing to complain about ;)

I cannot recall anything that I disliked.

The bed was the comfiest of my entire stay in Czechia. Very well located for exploring the town. The staff were helpful and very amiable. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order.

No elevator due to the restrictions on the historic buildings. The receptionist lady helped us carry our luggage though.

Comfortable and classic atmosphere of the property. Helpfulness and kindness of the receptionist - She offered us homemade (and delicious) lunch packaged very nicely for our early departure. Walking distance to the major landmarks and sights.

It is a beautiful property in the city center right by the tram stop. The rooms were spacious and just generally beautiful. Really good breakfast in a nice winter garden.

First night of our stay the heat was on (unbeknownst to us) with very warm outside temperatures. We had to open the windows to get some air—the very loud traffic, trolley cars, etc made sleep impossible. This should never have happened. We talked to a desk person the next morning and she immediately knew how to resolve the issue.

Absolutely wonderful place. Very nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast (also for people with allergies). Very clean. Comfy beds. Wonderful charm of an old building. located just next to the cathedral and within a walking distance to all major attractions. Parking available on the streets nearby, free after 6pm.

Please be aware that rooms #2 and #3 don’t have air conditioning! During our staying the heat was overwhelming. We’ve booked these two rooms, and we’re quite disappointed(((( Upon my request we were given one fan, so one of the rooms was bearable at night.

The breakfast was delicious, location really great and close to all sightseeings. The view from terrace is unbelievably beautiful.
