LACK of any RECEPTION. I am from abroad and my internet does not work abroad. I get information on how to get to my room too late, so I had a BIG PROBLEM with access to the guesthouse. I will book something other in the future.

The location Is a bit far from downtown. Ofc, this is not their problem. I just suggest checking in when the public transport is still available. I understand the need to reduce vaste, but toiletries were very limited. My suggestion is just to add just one soap/shampoo more.

The stuff of this business was very responsive and reasonable. Their procedure of checking in allows good elasticity for any inconveniences. The apartment is perfectly clean in every part of it. Great value.

No reception, had trouble getting key code for check in time. Managed to get it 40 minutes later no apologies for keeping me on a street. No answer to my message on booking com.

Generally very clean, although after I dropped some coins on the floor and was looking for them, I did notice that underneath the bed had not been cleaned for quite some time.

Clean, tidy and quiet. The check-in experience was different but very efficient too. The view out the window was amazing that looked on to a very scenic mural painted on the opposite wall.

The only thing I can think of is earlier information about non staff checking in and that the neccesary access codes will be both mailed or sms-ed shortly before the stipulaletd check intime at 3 P. M.

No breakfast, but I had known that before booking. There is no staff, but the automatic non staff check in was o. k. It´s about 3 minutes from the nearest tram stop Jungmannova, so it´s o. k. even if you use public transportation. The electric kettle and some free tea and coffee in the room was very much appreciated.

Reaching the staff is difficult.

Its great - has all your basic needs without any fuss, near tram stops and coffee shops. Very clean.

Slight noise from interchanger/highway cross that is nearby, can disturb sensitive people when sleep over night with open window (there was not air condition in particular room).

I didn't notice that I had to select a schedule for the check-in and wait around 20 minutes in front of the check-in until I received the pin code (which was also different from the pin code received, of the booking). However, I had the keys after completing this, and everything went smoothly.

The room was cozy, with many lovely paintings with Brno. The instructions and recommendations for lunch/dinner and breakfast were included, which surprised me. I recommend this place to stay maybe for more than one night and you can use the bikes (from nextbike as I did) or the trams to reach the city center.

Unfortunately I had two big problems. I booked the room with double room I wrote a email too but finally they gave the room only one bed. They didn't answer me for my email and I couldn't delete my order for free. I feel cheated by this. Another big problem was that the heating didn't work when we arrived. There wasn't reception all the informations and the codes to the room got by sms. I call them but no answer. Finally I called the booking customer service and they helped me. The booking called the host too and finally the host sent a mechanic and two hours later when we returned to the hotel our problem has been resolved. Our first day in the hotel wasn't easy. I cannot recommend this hotel.

There was a ante-room and there were many connectors.

The place just somehow gives a very cold and empty feeling. It's not that the furniture is old or anything is broken, it's just as if there's no homeliness at all. Have to say that the pictures gave a very different impression. Also location is crap.

The staff is really nice, bed's comfortable, room's clean.

To whoever travels by car: there is no free parking. The process of paying for the parking is really annoying and requires quite a lot of google'ing. On the street that takes you to the house there are unmarked speed bumps which are hard to notice (atleast in the dark). The fridge was noisy and didn't really cool it's contents.

One of the few truly quiet rooms I have ever stayed at. Check-in was fairly easy.
