Great location close to railway station, public transport, historical centre - and brewery! The craft beer pub downstairs is a bonus... Comfortable bed, good bathroom standard and spacious room. Quiet.

The staff at the bar (which is used as the check-in area at the same time) was very busy and not very friendly at the beginning - it took a few minutes to find the correct person - this one was very nice at the end. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the central station. The room is basic but fully ok for the location and price. I can recommend this place for a shorter stay if you prefer a location close by the train and bus station.

The only thing which I believe can be improved is the passage to reach the apartments upstairs. During the bar working hours, one needs to go through the bar full of guests with all the luggage; but even during the night or early in the morning, one passes through the kitchen, which in the morning is being cleaned and prepared before the bar opens, so it was a bit unpleasant, but still ok.

The convenience of this place was its location, which despite being so close to the train station, it still offered public parking just in front which was always available. Also, it was reasonably priced and since there was a bar/restaurant just bellow, it made a perfect choice.

If you want it quiet, this place is not for you. The bar downstairs, especially on the weekends can be noisy until midnight. The rooms are really simple, you really get the bare minimum, not even a hairdryer. Also there is no housekeeping, so if you need anything for your room, you need to wait until the bar opens and staff is around.

The location is great, especially if you are traveling to Pilsen to taste beers and visit Pilsner Urqell. The bar downstairs is nice to have a drink. Check in and out are easy, but be aware check in must happen during opening hours of the pub, so check their hours.

Holder for toilet paper was broken and always falls with loud clanking noise, some rust on shower cabin, but these are just some minor troubles and are not important IMHO.

The plug at my bed was broken, but there was still enough possibilites to charge and I was offered to pick a different bed if I want to. So really not bad thing, just would have get it fixed.

The stuff is super friendly and fun. The Atmosphere is great and open minded. Never expirienced a hostel like it. Evening acrivities are offered every night and you get to know people easily. Rooms are tidy and nice. My bedroom was spacious and you have a smart sollten to storage and lock your stuff at your bed which you can also use as a little Table. There is also a nice cozy livingroom. Big thumps up for the staff!

There was a small misunderstanding during the check-in. At first we had to pay for breakfast even though on booking.com page the breakfast was included in our option. Similar story with the car park spot. We didn't know that we have to find a free spot by ourselves. In the description there is only info that car park is public, free of charge and we have to make a reservation for it. In reality you have to find a free spot on your own (it may be difficult as the nearest car park isn't so big), then you have to by a ticket in the parking meter and put it in your car. The problem is that in the middle of the week this car park spot is not for free between 7am and 6pm, and it was a problem to buy a ticket for the next day, so you have to wake up at 7 and do it :) Bed sheets smelled a bit like some kind of fried stuff. The drain in the shower was clogged. The handler for the hand shower was broken.

Eventually we didn't have to pay twice for the breakfast and the staff were really nice and they didn't make a problem with returning money. We didn't have to pay for car park spot as well, we just left the tickets at the checkout and we got money back. Good breakfast. Nice selection of beers in the pub on the ground floor. Good location.

If you're a beer enthusiast (like me) this is the spot for you, its just across the road from the Pilsner Urquell brewery, making it an ideal location for beer lovers. My room was comfortable and came with a private bathroom. Free wifi was great and the restaurant had an impressive selection of beers. The staff are knowledgeable about the local area and can recommend places to visit and things to do.
