The room was massive and split level. I could not believe how cheap it was for all the facilities and so close to Brno

My room was physically separate from its bathroom and shower room, which made bathroom trips in the night uncomfortable due to worrying about waking others up. There was very little soundproofing in the room, so we consistently heard the church bells and cars throughout the night.

We chose this property as it was easily accessible with a car Our hotel room had two rooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and another with a sofa bed. All bed linens were there, clean and tidy. The good thing was that you can regulate heating yourself.

In the room n.10 where we stayed, the toilets and shower were not part of the room / apartment - we had to walk outside of the room to get there, meeting other people. I don`t remember to have this written in the room description :( If I knew this, I would select a different room for sure.

Nice accommodation in quiet area. Location is very good. Communication with owners was excellent, very comfortable check in. Rooms look a bit old fashioned, but are clean, spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Check where in Brno you want to go. This Penzion is quite far from the city center. Also, we asked for an early check-in, didn't get a proper answer, just the general check-in time (15hrs).

You get what you pay for. A very (!) basic but clean room with bed(s), chair(s), a small table, a frige and a private bathroom with WC and shower. We did not see any staff, self check-in. There is a small coffee station for coffee and tea downstairs for free use. Unfortunately, the coffee machine did not work. Towels and linen were clean and fresh. We were lucky that other guests were quiet at night. There are about 15-20 rooms, I guess.

There was no such thing.

Like in no other place we visited on our November route, I could watch Netflix in my own language on a room tv. The staff was very helpful and they recommended us few great places with tasty breakfast in the city. Although a little aside from the center it was nice, clean, quiet place with comfy beds.

It was very hot and conditioner did not help much. When opening the window the noise from the street.

Very helpfull remote help desk. Called few times to ask is everything is fine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free coffee machine and tea available in the hall. Free parking.

I did not check the reviews about the noise of the street and the church bell. I must say that both made it impossible for us to sleep in the early morning. That’s not in the hands of the hotel staff but my own fault. I need my sleep a lot so probably I should have checked better

The communication with the staff was very good at all times. We really felt very welcome. The room was also spacious and nicely decorated and comfortable.

We were in room 9 and it has wooden ceiling so you can hear all time when somebody is walking in the room above yours.

Very good organization for check-in. A lot of places nearby for free parking. There is also coffee machine for free coffees and also free teas. Refreshing water in the lobby as well :).

no common/ small fridge so i the hot weather wont be able to drink any refreshing drinks. water source near the coffee machine so if need water need to go up and get water from the room and back to the boiler or coffee machine.
