Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaThe stay was worth it´s money - so nothing really to complain!
I´ve been on a motorcycle trip throughout Czech Republik and this premise has been my first stay. Everything presented itself like it was advertised - no bad (or good) surprise. I´v been content for what I got for my money. Breakfast was decent and - very important for me - parking für my motorcycle on the enclosed premise was possible. So - perfect for my purpose!

AustraliaMid-April would seem to be off-season so many disadvantages. Property is advertised as restaurant and pension, but restaurant is not open. Quite a long walk to any restaurants, most closed and others few and of poor quality. Google maps cannot be trusted to indicate opening hours. I travel without car so it is nice to be able to leave luggage earlier and return to check in later. No chance here, door is locked until 1400.
The room was good, spacious, clean, comfortable. The hostess was friendly enough. She spoke only Czech but using a translate ap on her phone all was fine. A very nice extensive park about 15 minutes walk; about the only thing Klatovy is worth visiting for.

Czech Republic"Staff" only one lady only spoke in Czech, but it might be because we also only communicated in Czech (well, as much as we could). No coffee or beverages machine in the room.
Close to the center and Lidl (big supermarket). Decent restaurant right in the vicinity.

LithuaniaYou cannot communicate there in English, a very unpleasant host, felt like you were very much unwelcome. We spent 3 nights, no room service, so bring your own toiletries, hairdryer, etc. Might be noisy when windows are open because it’s near a road
