I know sometimes is hard but the fact that the hotel has no elevator and lots of stairs is a little bit uncomfortable if you bring a suitcase

No elevator, parking not in the hotel area, but about 5 min walk distance, parking place quite narrow.

A comfortable bed, quiet at night, rich, tasty and fresh breakfast, mini fridge in the room.

There wasn't elevator in the building, which was a bit tiring to move the luggage up and down, and they also do not have any person that could help us. We booked a family room (2 separate rooms) and one of the rooms (double) didn't have a proper view. There was a terrace from our room which was surrounded by buildings on all sides. During the night the heat system was not working (maybe this is their policy but we didn't ask).

Hotel is located in a very central area, only 5 minutes walk from the Terminal and Bus Station. The girl at the reception was kind, as well as the stuff at the breakfast area. The breakfast was really nice, with several options.

The place is central, yet quiet - plenty of restaurants nearby, there's a supermarket less than 5 mins by foot away. The rooms are spacious, very neat and tidy. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast was very good!

I felt a little cold in my room and I couldn't manage the heating. Also mind that the reception closes at 3pm.

It was overall great, I booked the room last minute and it was a great fit. Everything was perfectly clean and my bed was comfortable. I would have liked to have an electric kettle in my room to make tea but otherwise I can't really complain, good value for the money. :)

All as it was declared . Totally nothing to be complained as for budget stay .

Location . All that needed and necessary is in the room . Bed was the one of the most comfortable for me comparing with most of the other hotels. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a very good place! They upgraded our reservation for a better room for free, without asking. Breakfast very decent, and the price is reasonable! Highly recommended hotel.

I stayed in the discount room (401) on the fourth floor. the bathtub is located under a declined roof top, so you can not stand up to take shower, but have to sit down instead. your head can easily hit the roof if not cautious. Maybe it is just that one room in particular. Other than that, the hotel is very nice.

The location is close to the bus/train station about 5 minutes walk. It is about 10 minute walk to the heart of Karlovy vary. clean and spacious room.

The fact that there is no elevator can be a problem but we didn’t have a problem with it since they offered us a better room on the 1st floor. They made sure we knew our original room was on the 4 th floor and there is no elevator so it’s no surprise.

Self check in was fast because we arrived late , we were offered a better room since we came with two dogs for a small fee, we had a room to the street but when we closed the windows we didn’t hear anything

In the evenings, there is no staff . For me, it was difficult to check in electronically. Only by chance I meet other guests ,who helped me. Also, there were no maps or other information on display. There is no elevator.

The room was good and clean. Good breakfast.
